Zende planned an intimate wedding for Nicole at the Forrester mansion. Sally and Shirley dressed as caterers to infiltrate the event. Thomas convinced Sally to sneak back out, but before Sally could leave, Steffy served her a face full of a cake. Ivy wasn't there to witness the wedding, but Ivy arrived just in time to smack the swooning Quinn back down to earth after Ivy witnessed Quinn kiss Ridge.

Hope learned that she was free, left Eric's safe house, and returned home. Hope promised Eric that she would keep secret that he had saved her. Chad and Gabi, thinking that they might die, shared a warm embrace. Deimos was outraged to find the police searching his home. Victor told Deimos to clean up his act. Jennifer, Adrienne, and Anne put their plan in motion to help Drew. Stephanie returned home to attend her parents' wedding. Hope and Rafe arrived just in time to celebrate with Steve and Kayla. Carrie and Austin spent time with Kate. Steve and Kayla said, "I do." Theo gave Claire a bracelet for Valentine's Day. Claire caught the bridal bouquet, but she gave it to Doug and Julie. Valerie told Abe that she was leaving town. Anna had it out with Andre about Tony. Andre's men kidnapped Sonny to force Deimos to release Gabi and Chad. Julie learned of David's death. Nicole and Chloe faced off as Holly's custody trial began.

Ava was arrested for Morgan's murder, but Olivia Jerome warned Julian not to help their sister because she wanted to punish Julian by having Ava pay for Olivia's crimes. Julian gave Alexis a key to a safe deposit box with specific instructions. The nurses learned that the hospital intended cut the nursing staff, so they staged a "sick-out." Tracy called a Quartermaine family meeting to suggest that ELQ buy the hospital, but Michael feared the ELQ shareholders would pick up where the board members had left off. Olivia Falconeri suggested that the Quartermaines buy the hospital privately. Kiki and Dillon made love. Franco became jealous when Griffin paid Elizabeth a visit, but Elizabeth assured Franco that he had nothing to worry about. Elizabeth confessed to her friends that she was in love with Franco. Sonny confronted Nelle about planting a bra in his bed for Carly to find and set some ground rules for Nelle. Anna broke into Wyndemere to plant a listening device, but Valentin caught her in the act. Things took an alarming turn when Anna collapsed. Valentin rushed Anna to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with a blood clot. Finn and Griffin feared that Anna might have cancer, but they decided not to tell her until they had definitive answers. Griffin was concerned about Finn's odd behavior. Finn stole drugs from a medicine cart.

Jill offered to sell Brash & Sassy to Cane if he could raise the funds, but he was crushed when Victoria offered immediate payment of more than Jill's asking price. Victoria became sole owner of Brash & Sassy. Abby and Victoria competed for recognition from Victor. Cane's obsession with work ruined his anniversary dinner with Lily. Lily contemplated leaving Brash & Sassy for Cane's sake, but Jordan encouraged her not to give up her dreams. Ravi purchased Valentine's Day chocolates for Ashley, but he tossed them in the garbage when she complained about the holiday. Ashley later found the gift in the trash, and she and Ravi drew closer when she shared memories of her father. Jack turned down Jill's offer to buy his stake in Fenmore's, expecting her to meet his demand for a higher price. Ashley threatened to take control of Jabot if Jack didn't get his act together. Jill planned to tap into her retirement accounts to buy out Jack, but she was outraged when she discovered that Colin had cleaned them out. Jill suffered a heart attack and underwent surgery, but she was expected to make a full recovery if she made lifestyle changes. Victoria rushed to support Billy and overheard him make a tender declaration at Jill's bedside. Nick was impressed when Chelsea filled in behind the bar when their Valentine's Day plans went awry. Faith was not pleased when she saw Nick and Chelsea kissing.
