The Oyster Cottage has a camp-style structure and includes 6 bunk-style bedrooms and 2 main suites. The summer house has living and dining spaces with exterior and interior fireplaces. In 2022, Affleck got married to Jennifer Lopez in this house.

Brentwood hacienda

After getting married to Jennifer Garner in 2005, Affleck moved into Garner's house in Brentwood. It is a Spanish-style hacienda built in 1929 and has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a courtyard, and a fountain. The house also has a fireplace, a pool, a guesthouse, and olive trees. Garner and Affleck moved out of the house in 2009 and she sold the house for $6.25 million.

Bachelor pad in Pacific Palisades

According to Architectural Digest, after Affleck’s divorce, he bought a mansion in Pacific Palisades for $19 million. His mansion is near Garner's house. The house is built in East Coast traditional style and has 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms which spans over 13,000 square feet. The mansion is near Riviera Country Club and has a movie theater, a guest cottage, a wine cellar, a bar, a swimming pool, a gym, and a spa. It also includes a well-maintained garden and a wellness room. In October 2022, he sold his bachelor pad for $28.5 million.

Beverly Hills Mansion

According to Architectural Digest, in May 2023, Affleck and Lopez bought a 5-acre mansion in Wallingford Estates, Beverly Hills for $61 million. The main house has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms which spans over 38,000 square feet. It includes 15 fireplaces, a wine room, a cinema, a whiskey lounge, a sauna and massage room, and a spa with a hair and nail salon. The mansion has a sports complex which spans over 5,000 square feet. It includes a boxing ring, a lounge, and an indoor pickleball court. The house also has a guardhouse, which has a 2-bedroom house and parking for 80 cars. After their house, Affleck moved out of the house and it is listed for sale in the market for $68 million.

Pacific Palisades ranch house

According to Architectural Digest, in July 2024, Affleck purchased a ranch home for $20.5 million. The house was designed in 1941 and has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms which spans over 6,200 square feet. The house has a pool, a patio with a fireplace, an equestrian facility, and a 2 story guesthouse.
