Jeremy Allen White is an American actor who was born on February 17, 1991, in Brooklyn, New York. He is best known for his roles in hit television series such as Shameless (2011) and The Bear (2022). Before acting, he tried to learn dance, including ballet, jazz, and tap, and eventually at the age of 13 he decided to pursue acting. He debuted in 2006 with the film Beautiful Ohio. He got his breakthrough role in Shameless (2011). His role as Phillip Gallagher in Shameless got him widespread recognition and he did this role for 11 years from 2011 to 2021.

Jeremy Allen White has two kids with his ex-wife, actress Addison Timlin. He met Addison when they both were 17 years old while working on the film Afterschool in 2008. Their romance didn’t begin on the set of Afterschool (2008), they started dating in February 2013. In an interview with Harper Bazaar, Addison Timlin hinted that they were in a relationship.

They both announced in 2018 that they were expecting their first child. They welcomed their first daughter, Ezer Billie White, on October 20, 2018. Their family expanded as they welcomed their second daughter, Dolores Wild, on December 12, 2020. In May 2023, Addison filed for divorce after nearly four years of marriage. Despite their separation, Jeremy and Addison remain committed to co-parenting their two daughters.
