Her mother, Kelly Collins Lintz, and her siblings, Mackenzie, Matt, and Macsen Lintz, are all actors. Lintz was home-schooled and later attended Covenant Christian Academy. She started her acting career at the age of 6 by appearing in commercials.

In the same year, she played the role of Ashley in the comedy film Parental Guidance (2012), starring Billy Crystal, Bette Midler, and Marisa Tomei. In 2018, she played the role of Hannah in the horror thriller film Along Came the Devil.
