Ralph Nathaniel Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes, aka Ralph Fiennes, was born on December 22, 1962. He is an English actor, film producer, and director. He is widely regarded as one of the most popular and well-known British actors, having received numerous accolades, including a Tony and a BAFTA award. The now 62-year-old actor made his stage debut in 1985 but didn't hit the big screen until 1992 in Emily Brontë's Wuthering Heights.

Fiennes rose to prominence two years later with his portrayal of Nazi war criminal Amon Goth in Schindler's List, which received critical acclaim. So much so that Fiennes received his first Academy Award nomination, with the other two coming a few years later for his roles in The English Patient and Conclave. Aside from that, Fiennes has been renowned for his role as Lord Voldemort in the Harry Potter film series and as M in the James Bond films since 2012.
