Timothée Chalamet bought a plush tennis court estate in Los Angeles for USD$11 million in May 2022. The property, which was previously owned by Kate Upton and her husband Justin Verlander, is located deep in the Santa Monica Mountains. Several Hollywood celebrities have owned the house, with Chamalet being the most recent.

The house was put up for sale at $11.7 million by the previous owners i.e. Kate and Justin, who finally settled for an amount of $11 million, making a profit of $5.7 million for themselves. According to reports, the couple made minor renovations to the house when they were the owners, remodeling the kitchen but largely leaving the other rooms untouched. Built in the 1970s, the typical East Coast estate has been home to many famous people throughout the years.

Covered by tall walls, massive gates, and a long driveway, the 5,500-square-foot home has four bedrooms. It has white oak floors and spacious, open areas. The numerous living areas, which include a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen with its breakfast bar, a family room with vaulted ceilings, a large lounge with a walk-in wine storage closet, and a living room with an enormous fireplace, are all surrounded by large windows and French doors. The outdoor space includes large gardens, a spa, and a plunge pool.

According to various reports, Chalamet is known to split his time between Los Angeles and New York. The actor owns a $1.5 million condo in Midtown Manhattan. The home has around 1000 square feet of indoor living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living room offers a great view of the city with floor-to-ceiling windows. The condo apparently offers amenities such as a 24/7 gym and maintenance.

In 2019, the apartment briefly went up for rent at $4,800 a month; however, the listing was removed a month later. This stylish urban getaway is still owned by Timothee, as far as the general public is aware.
