It's been less than a month since Ashley Jones gave birth to her first son, Hayden, but the actress is already back at General Hospital and will be appearing as Parker Forsyth the week of July 18.
"It was no small feat to go back to work that fast," the former B&B star shares with Soap Opera Digest. "My mom came out to care for Hayden while I was at work. It probably would have been more daunting if my own mother wasn't looking after him."
Tough as it may have been to return to work so soon, the exciting storyline ahead made it all worth it for the new mom. "I think that this is a story that they are allowing to breathe and I think it's a very relevant, interesting storyline that has so many layers," she says of Parker and Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) coming face to face next week. "She doesn't want to hurt Kristina, but at the same time, she does have feelings for her."
