Long-time favorite Jerry verDorn is headed back to Llanview. The actor revealed that he's signed on for Prospect Park's Internet relaunch of the soap. verDorn joined One Life to Live in 2005 after a lengthy run on Guiding Light.

Susan Bedsow Horgan and Thom Racina have been named the new head writers of Prospect Park's One Life to Live reboot. The pair's hiring comes just a few days after Prospect Park reached an agreement with the Writers Guild of America.

The incomparable Dorian Lord will be headed back to Llanview. An enthusiastic Robin Strasser revealed on Twitter that she'd been contacted about returning to the show and was "proud and honored" to accept. Strasser first appeared as Dorian in 1979.

One Life to Live has issued its first casting calls under Prospect Park. The show is looking to recast the roles of Matthew Buchanan and Destiny Evans. A casting call has also gone out for the unknown role of "Billy."

It's now official: two-time Emmy winner Billy J. Miller is out as Billy Abbott on The Young and the Restless. Fellow Emmy winner David Tom will take over the role, a role he previously played from 1999 to 2002.
