After leaving Gabriel at the altar, Camille goes missing and keeps away from her friends, family, and Gabriel. After searching for Camille, Gabriel and Emily eventually locate her in Ginevy, where they begin patching things up. Emily returns Camille to Paris so she may confront the disaster she made, including Gabriel's knowledge of her romance with Sofia.

Gabriel insists that even if they do not marry, they are a family. They declare their love for one another when he brings Camille and Sofia back together. Problems arise for Gabriel's fresh relationship with Emily once he, Camille, and Sofia move into his flat. They move into the flat next to Gabriel's after Sofia realizes that Camille is reluctant to leave him after they search for a new place.

While Camille is thrilled to have a baby, Sofia found living in Paris close to her girlfriend's ex difficult. The relationship ends when Sofia returns to Athens because she fails to recognize the sacrifices Sofia made for her. She asks Camille to accompany her if she chooses to let Gabriel go.
