Sally was shocked to see Thomas forging a drawing from Douglas to give to Hope. Quinn witnessed Sally hugging Thomas and went straight to Wyatt with the news. When Wyatt wouldn't leave Sally over it, Quinn attempted to throw Sally out of the beach house. Liam and Hope finally made love. Thomas showed Hope a fake video of Kelly crying for her daddy, and Hope convinced Liam to go to Paris. Katie turned down Bill's marriage proposal. Just as Katie decided to trust her heart, she saw Bill having drinks with Shauna. In a tussle with Zoe over a cell phone, Flo hit her head and passed out. Shauna arrived and pulled a weapon on Zoe.

Anna uncovered proof that she was Robin's mother. Finn tried to find the right moment to propose to Anna, but Robert discouraged Finn from popping the question. Maxie and Peter decided to postpone their first date. Lulu returned to Port Charles, and she proposed writing a story about Ryan from Ava's perspective. Kevin received a package from the Canadian authorities that contained Ryan's left hand. Ava, Laura, Kevin, Felicia, and Mac put a plan into motion to lure Ryan out of hiding. Curtis went to Canada to find out what had happened to Ryan. Jordan confided to T.J. that her remaining kidney was failing. Both Michael and Sasha ended up in the hospital with a nasty virus. Michael heard a shocking confession. Harmony was revealed to be Willow's mother. Willow lied to Harmony about the baby. Kristina's first round of exit therapy with her family did not go well. Society's grand opening was a great success. Devon escorted Elena to the opening on their first date. Abby was livid when Jack and Ashley both attempted to use the event to promote their companies. Nick blasted Kyle after finding him kissing Lola, but Summer defended her husband. Summer lashed out when Kyle later told her he wanted to end their marriage because he loved Lola. Worried when Neil didn't show up to the restaurant opening, Devon returned home and was devastated to discover that Neil had passed away in his sleep. Nate confirmed that Neil had suffered a stroke and had gone peacefully. Word of Neil's death spread in Genoa City. Jack and Ashley consoled one another and agreed to a truce. Lily blamed herself for causing Neil the stress that had led to his death. Malcolm, Sofia, and Leslie returned to attend Neil's funeral. Malcolm, Nate, Victor, Jack, and Devon delivered moving eulogies. Cane stepped up to speak when Lily faltered, and his words inspired her to say a few of her own. After the funeral, Devon hosted a celebration of Neil's life at his penthouse, where family and friends listened to jazz and exchanged memories of Neil. Devon put on a brave front, but he later broke down in Elena's arms. Cane encouraged Lily to stay home after everything she'd been through, but she still intended to move on without him. Nikki was miffed when Victor headed out on another mysterious trip without explaining where he was going.
