Bill visited Brooke while she babysat Beth. Moved by Brooke's predicament with Ridge and Thomas, Bill kissed Brooke. Brooke told him that it could never happen again, but unbeknownst to them, someone watched them through the windows. Steffy admitted to Hope that Steffy and Thomas had set up the kiss Hope had seen. Liam asked Hope to make a family with him, Beth, and Douglas. With Zoe's help, Hope exposed the truth behind Thomas' bid to marry Zoe. Zoe refused to be a consolation prize for Thomas. Hope declared that Thomas could never have her and that she and Liam would raise Douglas in their home.

Rafe interrupted Chad before he could smother Gabi in her sleep. An MRI scan showed that there was a microchip in Hope's brain. Chad made Kate an offer she could not refuse, and she signed over her shares of stock. Stefano ordered Chad to kill Kate. Stefano was frustrated by Marlena's behavior after her surgery. Kristen remembered that her daughter had a heart-shaped birthmark on her neck. Victor ordered Xander to silence Dr. Raynor, but he instead convinced her to leave town. Brady told Nicole about Rachel's birthmark, and Nicole was horrified to see a birthmark on Mackenzie's neck. Sonny and Will made love. The judge threw out Evan's confession, and Evan made bail. Rafe sent officers to tail Evan, but Evan gave them the slip. Evan met up with the man that had been watching his son; it was Orpheus.

Sonny paid Brad a visit to persuade Brad to plead guilty to all charges. Brad took responsibility for his crimes, but he insisted to the judge that Nelle had been complicit. Julian breathed a sigh of relief that Brad hadn't named him as an accomplice. Lucas said goodbye to Brad. Britt surprised Brad with a visit. Britt stopped by to talk to Julian about Brad. Finn apologized for thinking the worst of Peter. Anna was delighted when Finn and Violet returned home with her. Diane suggested that Michael might strengthen his case against Nelle if he were married. Sasha insisted on marrying Michael if it meant that it kept Nelle away from Wiley, but Diane explained that Michael's wife had to be a paragon of virtue without a criminal record. Willow spent time with her mother. Stella returned to Port Charles. Curtis was surprised to meet Trina's mother at Taggert's memorial service because he had known Portia in the past. Jordan was horrified when she realized that Cyrus had abducted T.J. Cyrus sent Harmony to deliver a message to Jordan. Liesl assured Franco that she was innocent and that Peter had set her up. Brook Lynn went to work for ELQ. Alexis and Neil succumbed to temptation and slept together. Neil's medical license was reinstated when Alexis lied about her relationship with him.

Phyllis convinced Nick to step up as Newman's interim CEO while Victoria recovered. Adam seethed when Victor revealed that Nick had been appointed to the position. Nick and Phyllis considered going back to being just friends after their hookup, but they ended up having sex on his desk at Newman. Lola slowed things down with Theo, and he agreed to wait. Billy and Amanda kissed and later agreed to maintain their friendship. Abby posed as Phyllis to access Phyllis' safe deposit box and retrieve another copy of the incriminating conversation between Adam and Chance. Chelsea, Adam, and Connor traveled to Kansas, where Adam was dismayed to find Hope's farm run down. Chelsea vowed to help Adam take over as Newman's CEO. Jared rejected help from Devon and Nate after his grandfather died. Amanda connected with Jared by revealing that she'd also been in the foster care system, stunning Devon and Nate. Sharon was dismayed when her ailing health forced her to skip a chemo session. Nikki implored Sharon to fight cancer the way she'd always fought Nikki. Kyle implored Mariah to find Tessa and beg for forgiveness. Victoria struggled to cope emotionally, and Nikki reached out to Sharon for help. Billy planned to accept Jill's job offer to head Chancellor's media division, but she informed him that he'd be equal partners with Lily. Billy and Lily grappled with their vastly different management styles, but they eventually agreed to work together. Nick asked for Rey's help with a problem concerning Faith.
