MacMullen only has a handful of credits, including a 2015 role in Sin City Saints, a 2018 role in the short Roofield, and 2018 role in the film The Row. She landed the role of GH’s Willow Tait in 2018, earning a Daytime Emmy nomination in the Outstanding Younger Performer category for her work as the character in 2020.

In 2020, MacMullen told Soap Central that her manager is Matthew Rusher, her agent is Dan Baron, and her acting coach is Holly Gagnier, the latter of whom worked with the actress on the GH episodes that she submitted to be considered in the 2020 Daytime Emmy Awards race.

MacMullen’s family lived in Reno, Nevada, for many years. Her mother, Shannon, as well as her father and younger brother joined her in LA in 2018. The actress reports that she spends a lot of time with her mother cooking, hiking, shopping, and watching movies.

MacMullen has three brothers and many male cousins, which she says contributed to her being quite the tomboy.
