Asher rejected Caleb's offer to move to Wildwind. Asher chose to live at the Chandler mansion instead. Caleb gave Asher the locket with Sonia's picture in it. Asher was stunned when Caleb revealed that Sonia's death was as much Adam Chandler's fault as it was Caleb's. JR and Annie talked about spending Thanksgiving together. JR admitted that he was grateful for having Annie in his life. Jake had a violent reaction when he met the new doctor in town. Griffin revealed that David Hayward had been his mentor and that Zach had recruited Griffin to help with a project for the Miranda Center. Later, Jake and Griffin had a frank discussion about Griffin's affair with Jake's ex-wife, Carolyn. Zach helped Greenlee and Ryan out of a tight spot and then took them to an island where Nick Pearson was staying. Ryan tracked down Nick, who admitted that David had paid him to slip the empty vial of digitalis in Ryan's coat pocket. Nick refused to testify in court, but Ryan managed to record the entire conversation. Ryan and Greenlee reaffirmed their love. Jackson was filled with regret for not being on hand to help Greenlee when things had reached a crisis point with David. Krystal offered Jack words of encouragement. Erica surprised Jack by insisting that they get married before Thanksgiving. Jack was relieved when Greenlee called to let him know that they had evidence to prove that David had framed Ryan. Greenlee promised to return to Pine Valley as soon as Zach picked them up in his plane. Tragedy struck when Zach's plane exploded in mid-air over the ocean. Ryan tried to swim out to the wreckage to save Zach, but it was too late. Zach had perished in the crash. Ryan and Greenlee returned to Pine Valley with the heartbreaking news. Erica and Ryan went to tell Kendall about Zach's death.

Stephanie underwent Gamma Knife surgery, a new kind of radiation treatment, for her brain tumors. After Thomas and Brooke's kiss had splashed all over global media, Ridge realized that Forrester had received more press than it had in years. Ridge, Brooke, and Thomas decided to call the new line "Taboo." Taylor went ballistic, and Ridge, Whip, and Thomas tried to calm her down, but she refused to "allow" Thomas to work with Brooke. Thomas reminded Taylor that she had no say in what he did. Amber seduced Oliver and moved in with him. Amber plotted to get Oliver and Hope back together. Amber encouraged Oliver to rekindle his romance with Hope at a Bikini Beach party for Hope's new line. Oliver argued that Liam would be attending as Hope's date, but Amber planned to keep Liam away from the party. Amber posed as a limo driver hired by Bill Spencer. Amber drove Liam everywhere but to Bikini Beach. At Hope's party, Oliver encouraged Hope to have a good time without Liam.

Nicole double-crossed Rafe and Sami and offered E.J. the proof he needed to get revenge on Sami and win back custody of his children. Rafe cautioned Nicole that E.J. might never give her access to Sydney. Vivian continued to taunt Maggie. Stephanie told Caroline that she planned to tell Nathan the truth about the baby switch. Philip was smitten with Parker and thought fatherhood might be in his near future. Melanie and Nathan contracted a life-threatening virus while treating a patient at the hospital. Chad took drastic steps to learn if Stefano was his biological father. Isabella reappeared to Brady, who then told Kate that he needed to release Vivian from the sarcophagus. Victor grew suspicious of Vivian's cocky new attitude and feared that Maggie's sudden disappearance was Vivian's doing. Jennifer returned to Salem to help Hope with her appeal and to reconnect with family and friends. Carly realized that Bo and Hope's relationship was not over. E.J. told Sami that she had 24 hours to turn over the children to him.

Brenda tried to put some distance between herself and Dante when Carly and Suzanne started asking uncomfortable questions. Carly learned that one of Dante's fellow police officers had suspected that Dante and Brenda had engaged in an affair in 2007. Carly shared the news with Jason. Michael begged his mother to drop her vendetta against Dante. Dante admitted to Sonny that he had once guarded Brenda in 2007. Sonny was stunned to learn that Claire had petitioned the court to lift the restriction on Sonny seeing Michael. The judge approved Claire's request. Dante feared that contact with Sonny would eventually land Michael in jail. Claire urged Sonny to follow his heart. Elizabeth met Siobhan. Elizabeth was concerned when she learned that Lucky had met Siobhan while working undercover for Interpol. Siobhan feared that Lucky was using her to make his ex-wife jealous. Lucky made it clear that he wanted to be with Siobhan. Ethan and Maya learned that their wedding could be annulled because they had been intoxicated during the ceremony. Edward offered to give Ethan and Maya one million dollars if they remained married for one year. Tracy announced that she and Luke would get married on December 21st, Laura's birthday. Patrick asked Lisa not to go to the hospital's board about Robin. Lisa claimed that she refused to enable Robin, so she intended to move forward with her plans to request that Robin be fired. Robin turned to Nikolas for help because she was determined to plead her case to the board from her hospital bed. Maxie walked in while Lisa tried to inject an unknown substance into Robin's I.V. Lisa fled and then managed to pass the syringe off to Johnny before she could be caught with the incriminating evidence. Brenda and Sonny found themselves drawn to a place from their past.

Rex was stunned by Echo's shocking confession that she was his biological mother. Echo claimed that Rex's father could be Clint or Charlie, so Viki demanded a paternity test. Clint took steps to make certain that Charlie was proven to be Rex's father. Dorian told Viki about her suspicions that Clint was really Rex's father. Viki was stunned when Clint admitted that he had the other half of the necklace that Echo had left with Rex as a newborn. Clint managed to spin a web of lies to make himself appear innocent to Viki. Destiny went to Greg's sentencing, but wasn't moved by her parents' impassioned pleas for understanding. Destiny's resentment flared when she learned the tragic circumstances of her biological mother's death. The judge sentenced Greg to six years in jail. Marty figured out why Natalie had undergone an amniocentesis. Marty gave Brody's revealing medical records to Jessica. According to Marty, she didn't want Brody's files to fall into the wrong hands during the investigation into her role in Hannah's release from the sanitarium. Marty was furious when Brody showed her that he had pictures of her breaking into Vivian's office to steal Natalie's file. Brody warned Marty that he would turn the pictures over to the authorities if she didn't leave Natalie, Jessica, John, and him alone. Kelly left some embarrassing messages for Joey after getting drunk and then kissing Rex. Kelly decided to talk to Joey in person to explain the messages, but she ran into Kevin instead. Nora reminded Inez that Bo was a married man. Inez denied that she was interested in Nora's husband, but Nora was certain that Inez had a crush on Bo. Bo paid Eddie a visit to warn him not to cause trouble for Inez, James, Robert, and Nate. Todd served Marty with a court order barring her from seeing Hope. All of the paternity results were in.

Blake convinced Sofia and Tucker he was a legitimate bio-fuels expert. Neil advised Tucker do a background check on Blake. Murphy revealed that Meggie had pulled the plug on his son. Sharon said yes to Nick's proposal, but later Adam made her doubt her decision. Tests proved that Daniel was the father of Daisy's baby. Phyllis didn't want her grandchild to be born in prison. Daniel wanted to give up the baby for adoption. Kevin explored petitioning for guardianship of Daisy's baby. Lauren feared Daisy would use the pregnancy to get out of jail. Daniel fumed when Phyllis hired Abrams to help Daisy. Jana rejected Daisy's evil deal. Victor got Michael to hire Heather. Nick uncovered Victor's secret alliance with Jack. Heather suspected Ronan was ill. Jack and Phyllis reunited. Sharon decided to go away alone for Thanksgiving. Jack paid Diane's hotel bill and invited her and Kyle to Thanksgiving dinner.
