The house is close to Primrose Hill which is home to many celebrities like Kate Moss, Jude Law, Lily James, etc. The house was fitting for his James Bond character, as according to Ian Fleming's Bond books, 007’s headquarters were just a few minutes away.


In 2008, Craig also bought a house in Primrose Hill, London for £6 million. The house was made in the 1840s and has the aesthetic of a Grade II-listed Victorian terraced home. The five-bedroom mansion is situated in a conservation area known for its greenery and is close to central London. According to MailOnline, in 2023, Craig and his wife wanted to renovate the conservatory and build an extension with a balcony in its place, but their neighbors objected to the construction.

It includes one bedroom, two bathrooms, three terraces, 20-foot ceilings, and a private elevator. The penthouse also has a small kitchen with white marble countertops and a master suite which has two closets, one walk-in closet, and a balcony.


In 2012, Craig also bought a penthouse in SoHo, Manhattan, for $11.5 million. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which spans over 4,350-square-foot in area. The house also consists of an outdoor space of 2000 square feet and it includes a private roof garden, a kitchen, and a media room with a fireplace.


According to Architectural Digest, in 2012, Craig bought an apartment in East Village, New York for $6 million. It is on the 15th floor of the New Theatre Building and has 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms which spans over 3,200 square feet in area. The apartment has a key locked elevator and a spacious living room with views of the World Trade Center, the Empire State Building, and the Chrysler Building. In 2019, the couple sold the house for $6 million, the same amount they bought it for in 2012.


According to Architectural Digest, in 2018, Craig purchased a Brooklyn brownstone for $6.75 million. The house was built in 1901, and it was previously owned by novelist Martin Amis and his wife, Isabel Fonseca. The house has 5 floors, 6 bedrooms, 5 and a half bathrooms, which spans over 6,600 square feet in area. It also includes an elevator, a roof deck, a garden, and a patio.
