Ben Wang is best known for his roles in Disney +’s “American Born Chinese (2023)” and the upcoming “Karate Kid: Legends (2025),” where he stars alongside Jackie Chan and Ralph Macchio. Born in Shanghai and raised in Minnesota, he moved to the United States at the age of six. Wang learned English by watching hours of television every day, including informercials. After discovering theatre while in high school, he went on to study drama at New York University.

Wang will appear as Hank Olson in the horror film “The Long Walk (2025),” an upcoming adaptation of Stephen King’s 1979 novel.
