Ethan continues to work behind the scenes to help Theresa fight off attempts to take little Ethan away from her. Then, Rebecca overhears Ethan on the phone and realizes he's been double-crossing her plan to bring down Theresa. Rebecca makes some moves to sabotage Ethan's efforts on Theresa's behalf.

Baby Maria's health begins to fail as Death steps in and fights with Charity over the baby's life or death. As Eve struggles desperately to save Maria, Charity faces off with Death. Death lays on the guilt by telling her that Charity reneging on their deal with be the cause of the baby's demise. Charity engages in a desperate struggle to keep Death from taking Maria.

Beth is horrified to see Sheridan breastfeeding baby Martin. She's concerned about the bond that is developing between mother and child. Meanwhile, Alistair plots to manipulate Antonio to bring down the Lopez-Fitzgeralds as well as his own daughter. Luis and Sheridan make love. Alistair sets it up so Antonio witnesses this.

After spying Luis and Sheridan making love, Antonio reports to Beth, and the two of them despair over losing the ones they love.

An outraged Theresa slaps Ethan when it appears he supports Little Ethan being taken away from her. Rebecca and Gwen celebrate.

When Charity can't bring herself to make the one choice that will save Maria, it looks like the baby won't survive.

Eve feels guilty over the breakup of Sam and Grace's marriage, knowing she could have prevented it by telling the truth about Ivy. Meanwhile, Ivy rubs her victory in Grace's face.

Rebecca puts the screws to Ethan in hopes of stopping him from helping Theresa further. Meanwhile, Theresa recovers from her emotional breakdown and strengthens her resolve to get Little Ethan back.

Antonio and Luis brutally attack one another after Antonio confronts his brother for sleeping with his wife. Sheridan gently tells Antonio how she really feels.

Having the truth finally out in open about how they feel about each other, Sheridan and Luis are finally able to celebrate their reunion with a little romance. Meanwhile, Beth and Liz encourage Antonio not to give up on Sheridan. They encourage him that he can still win back her love. Sam tells Ivy he wants to try again with her and they fall into a romantic kiss!

Theresa is determined to take the law into her own hands and Fox and Whitney's warnings and support are not enough to stop Theresa from trying to kidnap her son from the Crane mansion. Theresa commits a horrific crime and Rebecca has her arrested.

Julian shares special moments with Tabitha and Eve before formally making Rebecca the newest Mrs. Crane! As the ceremony begins, Rebecca makes a spectacle of herself. Julian finally completes his vows, which makes today the day that Rebecca is officially Mrs. Julian Crane!
