Sally shot "Sky" and warned that Bill would pay for the way he treated people. Katie and Wyatt announced their engagement to Bill, who threw Wyatt out of his life and had Justin draft custody papers to take Will from Katie. Eric and Quinn were livid with Bill for his treatment of Wyatt and his affair with Steffy. A confrontation erupted between Ridge and Bill when Ridge saw Bill staring at Steffy, and Ridge suggested to Sheila that she should kill Bill. Hope struggled with whether or not to support Steffy's marriage to Liam. Steffy invited Liam to dinner at home, but as Steffy prepared for the evening, Bill showed up and asked her to marry him.

Gabby attacked Vivian, but Stefan intervened. Gabby kissed Stefan. Eli asked Trask for her alibi for the night of Andre's murder. Hope and Rafe eloped on Smith Island, but they decided to still have their wedding with their friends too. Stefan promised Gabby that he would help her frame someone else for Andre's murder. Steve learned he was going blind. Claire struggled with whether to tell Hope about Rafe's affair, and Marlena cautioned Claire to think about how destructive the truth could be. Ciara discovered Claire had recorded Ciara'say conversation with Tripp about Rafe's affair. Despite Ciara's effort to stop Claire, Claire blurted out the truth in front of everyone at the wedding.

After learning that Faison had suffered from Huntington's disease, Anna decided to find the child that she had given up at birth. Anna was touched when Andre offered to help her with the search. Peter was shaken by his father's diagnosis and sought out Valentin. Valentin urged Peter to get tested. Curtis found a set of plans in Jim Harvey's office that raised questions about Jim's true intentions. Jordan was forced to arrest Curtis when Jim pressed charges for the theft of a set of plans from the office. Franco recalled that Jim had been present when Franco had pushed Drew down the stairs. Franco confronted Jim about what had happened that fateful night, but he didn't believe Jim's version of events. Elizabeth called off the wedding when Franco failed to show up at the church. Carly discovered that Nelle had stolen the designer dress that Josslyn had worn to the dance. Nelle paid a homeless man for helping with her campaign against Carly. Jason was honored when Michael asked him to take care of his unborn child if anything should happen to Michael and Nelle. Ava agreed to drop the charges against Mike in exchange for an overnight visit with Avery. An earthquake rocked Port Charles.

Over Phyllis' objections, Sharon blurted out the truth to Nick about Adam being Christian's biological father. Nick was devastated when a DNA test confirmed that he wasn't the boy's dad, but he vowed to raise Christian as his son. Nikki learned that Victor had covered up Chelsea's crime. Anita solicited $25,000 from Nick in exchange for a video Chelsea had made for Christian on his 18th birthday, but she agreed to take Chelsea's engagement ring instead. In the video, Chelsea had professed her love for Nick and Christian and admitted that Adam had changed the results of Christian's paternity test. Nick and Victor agreed to keep things civil for Christian's sake. Nick accepted Sharon's invitation to move in with her at the ranch. Hilary threatened to quit at GC Buzz, but Devon refused to allow her out of her contract. Mariah successfully filled in when Hilary suddenly bailed on a live performance, and Devon accepted Hilary's resignation. Devon reinstated Hilary when a young woman named Shauna claimed that Hilary was a mentor who had supported her when her brother had overdosed, but he maintained that getting back together wasn't an option. J.T. learned that Mac was suing for full custody. Paul pressured J.T. to deliver evidence against Victor. J.T. belittled Victoria when she tried to help him by calling Mac. Jack and Victoria prepared to put their plan in motion to oust Ashley from Newman. Jack and Ashley panicked when Dina went missing in Paris.
