Judge McMullen ruled that sole custody of Will should go to Katie Forrester. Puzzled by the verdict, Bill decided to be a better father for all his sons and revisit the ruling within six months. Brooke spied Ridge operating two cell phones. In one of the phones, she discovered cryptic messages and a phone number that belonged to Judge McMullen. She confronted McMullen and accused him of helping Ridge take Bill's son from him. A photoshoot with Zoe and Xander got too heated for Emma, and after she confronted the pair, her friend reminded her of what had happened the last time with Jonathan.

The police released Ben after Shawn concluded that the fingerprint had been planted at the scene of the fire. After making love with Tripp, Ciara asked Ben to move out of the loft. Marlena woke up when Kristen found her, and Kayla protected Marlena. Kristen convinced Brady to leave Salem with her. After Victor told Maggie the truth about Brady's blackmail, Maggie told Eric where to find Nicole. Marlena told John that someone other than Sami had shot her, and the police dropped the charges against Sami. At Gabi's urging, Chad searched Abigail's room for evidence of Gabby, and he found the black wig that Gabi had planted. Bonnie led Lucas to Mimi's baby. Roman asked Kate to help him take down Stefan. Chad and Jennifer confronted Abigail about Gabby. Eric found Nicole.

Ryan's plans to kill Lucy hit a snag when Laura returned from Paris. Ryan was forced to feign illness to avoid intimacy with Laura on her first night home. Ava confided to "Kevin" that she was filled with rage and wanted to punish both Kiki and Griffin for their betrayal. Kiki confessed to Griffin that she didn't regret their night together because she was still attracted to him. Griffin and Kiki shared a passionate kiss. DNA tests confirmed that Sasha Gilmore was Nina's daughter. Nina was stunned when Valentin revealed that he and Curtis had found her daughter. Oscar decided to break up with Josslyn. A heartbroken Josslyn enlisted Cam's help to win Oscar back. Kim and Drew broke the news to Monica that Oscar was terminally ill. Sam kissed Jason. Mike assured both Carly and Jason that he had tossed the gun used to kill Margaux's father into the Hudson River. Margaux implored Drew to help her take down Sonny because she wanted justice for her father, but Drew insisted that he couldn't help. Finn resisted his father's efforts to rebuild their broken relationship. Gregory claimed that he had no idea why Finn was angry. Valerie passed her exams and was promoted to detective.

Jack offered to help repay Billy's gambling debt, unaware that Billy had stolen funds from Jabot. Ashley called for a vote of no confidence against Billy. The Jabot board seemed swayed by Billy's plan to go to rehab, but they voted against him when Ashley revealed that he'd embezzled from the company to finance his gambling habit. Traci stepped in as interim CEO. Mariah grappled with whether to tell Sharon about Nick and Phyllis' fling, and she spilled the truth hours before Nick and Sharon's wedding. Sharon decided to go through with the ceremony and requested time alone beforehand. Noah made a surprise appearance at the wedding and took over from Jack as best man. Noah was stunned to learn that Mariah and Tessa were a couple, but he later wished Mariah the best. Billy proposed to Phyllis, but she hesitated to provide an answer. Sharon appeared to be a no-show at the wedding, but she appeared at the last minute. Nick recited beautiful vows to Sharon. Phyllis accepted Billy's proposal during the exchange of vows. Sharon stopped partway through her vows and confronted Nick about his tryst with Phyllis. A humiliated Billy threw Phyllis out and turned to Summer for sex. Sharon ended things with Nick after blasting him for his infidelity and his condescending attitude toward her. Phyllis vowed to get Billy back, and Nick pledged not to give up on Sharon.
