Brooke confronted the judge and Ridge about their underhanded actions in the custody hearing. Ridge insisted that she keep quiet about it, but instead, Brooke appealed to Katie to resolve the damage Ridge had done to Bill and Will's relationship while not turning Ridge in for judge tampering. Katie, however, believed she would have gotten sole custody, anyway, and she felt put upon to right Ridge's wrongs. Steffy caught Bill kissing Brooke but didn't stick around to see Brooke reject him. Steffy told Ridge, who confronted Brooke about what she'd done to them. Much to Sally and Quinn's delight, Steffy rehired Wyatt at Forrester.

Mimi was livid that Bonnie had given Mimi's daughter to Lucas because it was not his child. Eric found Nicole and learned that Xander had blackmailed Nicole into marrying him. Abe and Sheila clashed. Brady slept with Kristen to win her trust and discover her secrets. Hope apologized to Sami. Xander admitted to Eric that Eric had been the intended target of the shooting. After Eric promised to find and destroy Nicole's confession, Nicole and Eric made love. Stefan confirmed to Sami that E.J. was alive. The police issued an APB for Xander. Sami accidentally maced Nicole. Brady followed Kristen, and he found E.J. alive.

Nina met Sasha in the park, but Sasha was looking for closure, not a relationship with her biological mother. Ryan continued to feign illness to keep Laura at bay. Laura expressed concern about Kevin's odd behavior. Josslyn tried to reach out to Oscar, but he rebuffed her efforts to work things out. Oscar overheard Drew and Kim discuss moving forward with the experimental treatment despite Oscar's objections. Oscar met with Alexis to find out what his legal options were. Morgan's loved ones remembered him on the two-year anniversary of his death. Carly and Sonny were stunned when Margaux revealed that she had arranged for her father to be interred near Morgan's grave. Margaux offered to give Drew the flash drive with his memory mapping in exchange for help taking down Sonny. Mike assured Sonny there was nothing to worry about because the gun used to shoot Margaux's father had been tossed into the bottom of the Hudson River decades earlier. Nelle made a court appearance. Brad was horrified when he bumped into Nelle, Michael, Carly, and Chase gathered outside a courtroom. Jason and Sam agreed to take things slowly. Lulu was upset when she and Dante ended their phone call with another argument. Maxie overheard Peter invite Lulu to a night out.

Billy checked into rehab. The Jabot board of directors voted to remove the blood Abbott clause and appointed Ashley as CEO. Kyle was livid when Ashley opted not to make him COO. Andrew demanded more money from Ashley in exchange for his silence about what they'd really worked on together. Ashley refused, and Andrew insinuated to Kyle that he had information that could be damaging to Ashley and Jabot. Phyllis recognized Andrew from when they'd worked at a DNA lab together years earlier. Ashley wouldn't answer questions about Jabot's payments to Type A Consulting, so Jack and Kyle arranged for a board meeting to force her to tell the truth. After Ashley's attempts at a cover story failed, she confessed that Andrew was a DNA expert who had handled Jack's paternity test -- and she revealed that John had been Jack's father all along. Nick interrupted a playful whipped cream fight between Sharon, Rey, and Lola. Victoria, Nikki, Sharon, and Phyllis all received ominous notes from someone claiming to know what they'd done and vowing to make them pay. Victoria and Phyllis each received a second note with the digit of a number. Summer witnessed Kyle and Lola kissing after their first date. Summer informed Kyle that she and Billy had had sex. Summer and Lola clashed. Lola was thrilled when she was invited to share her food at a harvest festival. Rey and Arturo objected to Lola seeing Kyle.
