Hope took off her wedding ring and pressured Liam to be with Steffy for the sake of the children. Liam was adamant about honoring his wedding vows and refused to ever give up on him and Hope. Upon discovering that Flo worked at Bikini, Zoe urged Flo to make a new start somewhere else. Wyatt agreed to return to Spencer but only if Bill revived Spectra Fashions. Bill agreed to do it -- but only if they called it Spencer Fashions.

Gabi convinced Mr. Shin to force Stefan to rehire her at DiMera Enterprises. Hope apologized to Ben. Chloe bonded with Stefan over chess. After the police released Will and Sonny, Will punched Leo. John defended Leo against Will. Rex proposed to Sarah at work, and she turned him down because of Eric. Rex asked Eric for help with Sarah. Victor made a deal with Diana to help Sonny in exchange for Victor's help with John. Victor told Marlena that John was Leo's father. ICE ordered Eli and Lani to arrest Haley. Melinda dropped out of the mayoral race. Tripp found the lighter that Claire had used to set fire to Ciara's cabin. Ben questioned his sanity.

"Kevin" persuaded Ava to elope with him to Niagara Falls. Ryan became enraged when he saw Franco in a televised interview, taking credit for the recent murders. Ryan confronted Franco, prompting Franco to tell him about Jordan's plan. Ryan revealed his true identity then stabbed Franco, but Franco managed to escape and leave Jordan a voicemail message warning her that Ryan Chamberlain was the killer. A gravely injured Franco made his way to Elizabeth's house. Jordan suffered extensive kidney damage and required life-saving surgery. Curtis' worst fears were realized when Finn revealed that Jordan needed a kidney transplant. Jason and Drew each underwent surgery to restore their eyesight. Carly told Jason about her pregnancy. Carly warned Jason that Sam might be playing right into Shiloh's hands. Carly caught "Kevin" fawning over his grisly collection. To finance a trip with Oscar, Cam, and Trina to Niagara Falls, Josslyn dipped into a secret "adventure" fund that Jax had set up for her. Maxie and Lulu returned to Lulu's office, where Lulu began to recall snippets of the events leading up to the attack. Lulu and Maxie turned to Mac and Felicia for help. Anna and Robert told Peter about Dr. Cabot's experiment.

Phyllis attempted to reassure Jabot's employees that her involvement in J.T.'s case wouldn't hurt the company. Billy enlisted Jack and Kyle to help him oust Phyllis from Jabot, but Jack balked at the idea of using Kerry in their plan. Kerry pledged her loyalty to Phyllis. Nick threw Phyllis out of his home and his life. Nikki, Victoria, and Sharon's trial began. Brittany argued that Sharon's case should be tried on its own merits. Christine called Mariah as a witness and played the surveillance video. Michael pushed Mariah to reveal how she'd really obtained the video. Rey learned that Lola's attacker had been female, and he later realized that the earring found at the crime scene was Mia's. Rey started to arrest Mia, but she blurted out that she was pregnant. Mia schemed to provide Rey with a positive pregnancy test. Rey agreed to keep Mia's secret to prevent his baby from being born in prison. Arturo found Kyle in Lola's hospital room and threw him out. Nate announced that Lola needed a liver transplant, but Rey and Arturo weren't matching donors. Kyle arranged for Mariah to appeal to the public to be tested to find an organ donor for Lola. Touched, Arturo finally allowed Kyle to sit at Lola's bedside. Summer was tested as a potential donor.
