Steffy got Ivy life-saving help after inadvertently pushing Ivy into live wires on an electrical panel. Ivy survived and slapped Steffy with a restraining order that Lieutenant Baker claimed barred Steffy from entering Forrester while Ivy was at work. Wyatt made up with Ivy after her near-death experience. Ridge learned that Thomas' dalliances with women were a catalyst for the incident between Steffy and Ivy. Thomas wanted to mend things with Ridge, but Ridge ordered Thomas to work on himself. Morning sickness horned in on Zende's time with Nicole.

Abigail and Chad escaped from the fire. J.J. and Lani tracked down Ben and took him into custody. At the police station, Abigail pleaded with Ben to tell her where he had left the baby. Chad found the baby and took him home. Hope, consumed with getting revenge for Bo, told Roman she quit the force. Hope captured Dr. Malcolm and used a stun gun on him to get answers. Ava Vitali was back in town with plans of her own. Ava lied to Joey and told him she would help him reunite Steve and Kayla. Joey was in too deep with Ava, but he didn't know it. Steve and Kayla made love. Steve asked Kayla to marry him again. A mystery woman gave Eduardo orders. John told Marlena that Eduardo had lied to him about his past. Philip and Brady butted heads over Philip's plans to run Titan. Rafe realized Hope was in trouble and tried to reason with her, but she refused to listen. Hope's deal with Dr. Malcolm spiraled out of control, placing Ciara now in the line of fire.

Anna realized that Paul had likely killed Kyle Sloane and arranged for the body to be identified as Carlos. Mac decided to help Anna investigate Paul. Sam demanded that Elizabeth admit to knowing the truth about Jason's identity for months, but Elizabeth refused. Jason paid Sam a visit to ask why she had accused Elizabeth of lying. Sam told Jason about her suspicions, prompting Jason to ask Elizabeth if Sam was right. Elizabeth confessed that she had known the truth about Jason since the Nurses Ball and explained that she'd kept the secret because she'd been afraid of losing him to Sam. Jason walked out on Elizabeth but returned after a talk with Sonny. Patrick decided to break off his engagement to Sam because he realized that she would never love him as much as she loved Jason. Emma was heartbroken when Sam moved out, and Emma begged to see Robin. Jerry Jacks paid Robin a visit to let her know that she had 48 hours to successfully wrap up her project -- or she would die. Johnny Zacchara returned to town and offered to help drive Valerie out of Lulu and Dante's lives. Morgan skipped a dose of his medications to treat his bipolar disorder.

Victor decided to sue Jabot for the damage inflicted upon Newman Enterprises. Jack -- who'd spent decades battling Victor -- took Billy to task for reigniting the war between their families. Jack nixed Adam's suggestion to fire Billy to solve Jabot's problem. Billy predicted that Kevin's role in rebooting Paragon would be uncovered. Victor informed Ashley that Jack had killed Kelly and blown up a boat while returning to Genoa City. Cane and Lily staged a public fight then Lily and Joe headed off to cut down a Christmas tree, with Lily hoping Joe would open up. Lily and Joe wound up stranded at the Abbott cabin, and he figured out what she was up to. Devon and Cane rushed to Lily's rescue, and Paul arrived and arrested Joe for framing Cane. Lily hoped she and Cane could reunite, but he could forgive her for sleeping with Joe -- twice. Although Nick offered to bulldoze his house and relocate so he and Sage could have a fresh start, she opted to move into the penthouse across the hall from Adam and Chelsea. Luca took Marisa to see their daughter, Ava. Marisa decided to leave the little girl with her loving adoptive family. Kevin told Noah that Luca's family were bad people with ties to organized crime. Dylan proposed to Sharon and the two tied the knot, with Nick and Dr. Anderson in awkward attendance. Mariah grew increasingly suspicious of Dr. Anderson, and Nick bonded with the shrink, who admitted that she'd once been very much in love with a man who'd broken her heart. When Kevin spoke in glowing terms about the female hacker he'd met, Mariah seemed quite jealous.
