Final Destination: Bloodlines is bringing back the popular horror film series to theaters on May 16, 2025. The film is the 6th installment in the Final Destination franchise. The story focuses on a college student, Stefani Reyes, who learns that her family’s dark past is connected to a disaster in the 1960s. Following the success of Final Destination 5, the 6th addition to the Final Destination franchise was announced in January 2019. The film pays homage to the franchise's concept while introducing new ideas and twists. The cast of the film includes both new and returning characters. Kaitlyn Santa Juana as Stefani Reyes

Kaitlyn Santa Juana will be playing the role of Stefani Reyes in the film. Stefani Reyes is the main character of the film. She is a college student who gets frightening visions of future accidents. She tries to find out the reason behind her visions and ends up discovering that it's linked to her family’s past.

Kaitlyn Santa Juana is a Canadian actress and singer born on April 19, 1997, in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. She started her acting career in 2016 and has worked across film, TV shows, and theatre. She made her TV debut with the show The Flash in 2022, where she played Lydia Sanchez. In the same year, she made her film debut with the film The Friendship Game. After that, she worked in films including He's Not Worth Dying For (2022) and We Need a Little Christmas (2022).

Teo Briones as Charlie Reyes

Teo Briones will be playing the role of Charlie Reyes in the film. Charlie Reyes is Stefani’s younger brother, who accompanies her to their uncle Howard’s house to find the reason behind her visions and their connection to their grandmother, Iris. They both warn their family about the deadly chain and try to escape death.

Teo Briones is a Filipino-American actor born on January 11, 2005, in Oxford, England. His father, Jon Jon Briones, is a Filipino actor and singer, and his mother, Megan Briones, is an American actress and singer. His sister, Isa Briones, is also an actress and singer. At the age of 3, his family moved to Los Angeles, where he began acting and modeling at the age of 5. He has worked on many projects like Days of Our Lives (2013), Wind River (2017), Ratched (2020), Chucky (2021), etc.

Richard Harmon as Erik Campbell

Richard Harmon will be playing the role of Erik Campbell in the film. Erik Campbell is Stefani and Charlie Reyes’s cousin and Howard’s son. He is a tattoo artist and is one of the targets of death because of his grandmother. He also helps Stefani and Charlie stop the deadly chain that is killing their family one by one.

Richard Harmon is a Canadian actor born on August 18, 1991, in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. He comes from a family that works in entertainment, as his father, Allan Harmon, is a director, and his mother, Cynde Harmon, is a producer. His sister, Jessica Harmon, is also an actress. He made his TV debut with the show Jeremiah in 2003 and his film debut with the film Trick 'r Treat in 2007. He is known for his work in projects like The Killing (2011-2012), Continuum (2012-2015), If I Had Wings (2013), The 100 (2014-2020), Darkness Falls (2020), Woodland (2020), etc.

Owen Patrick Joyner as Bobby Campbell

Owen Patrick Joyner will be playing the role of Bobby Campbell in the film. Bobby Campbell is Stefani and Charlie Reyes’s cousin and Erik’s younger brother. He is one of the targets of death and meets a tragic end.

Owen Patrick Joyner is an American actor born on July 19, 2000, in Norman, Oklahoma, United States. He started his acting career with theatre and made his TV debut in 2014 with the show 100 Things to Do Before High School (2014-2016), where he played the role of Christian Powers. He has worked on projects like The Veil (2017), Knight Squad (2018-2019), Julie and the Phantoms (2020), etc.

Tony Todd as William Bludworth

Tony Todd will be reprising his role as William Bludworth in the film. William Bludworth is a mortician and the owner of Bludworth Funeral Homes. In this film, he meets Stefani and explains to her and her brother Charlie that Death follows a pattern, and once someone escapes it, Death comes back for them. He warns them that trying to cheat Death has serious consequences.

Tony Todd was an American actor born on December 4, 1954, in Washington, D.C., United States. He started his acting career in the 1980s and has worked in over 100 films and TV shows. He is best known for his roles in the Candyman film series (1992–2021) and the Final Destination franchise (2000–2025). Final Destination 6 will be his last appearance in the franchise. In an interview with People, the film’s co-director, Adam Stein, talked about Tony Todd and said, “When Tony Todd first came on set, there was sort of a hush that fell over all of the cast and crew. Having this legendary figure come onto set and reprise his role as Bludworth— he brought this incredible gravity to the part."
