Emma Wall is Jeremy Strong’s wife. According to People, Emma Wall is a child psychiatrist who recently worked in the Los Angeles foster care system and as a teacher and doctor at UCLA. Wall did her bachelor’s degree from Brown University and later graduated with honors from Oxford University Medical School. She did her fellowship and residency at both Columbia University and Cornell University. She has helped refugees and volunteered in hospitals worldwide.

Apart from being a child psychiatrist, she is also a documentary filmmaker and the co-founder of Guest House Productions. Wall co-directed Guerilla Habeas with her Guest House cofounder, Betsy Hershey. The documentary is about two lawyers fighting US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to protect immigrants from deportation. In an interview with Deadline, Strong talked about her documentary and said, “We started on this film at a time when I think so many of us were really appalled by what was happening in the immigration system.”

Jeremy Strong and Emma Wall met each other for the first time in 2012 at a party in New York during Hurricane Sandy. In 2016, Jeremy and Emma got married in a castle named Dragsholm Slot in Zealand, Denmark. Their marriage took place in Denmark because Emma was born there. The couple has 3 daughters together - two of whom are Ingrid and Clara. They haven’t yet revealed the name of their 3rd daughter. Their first daughter, Ingrid, was born in April 2018 in Copenhagen.

In an interview with GQ in 2019, Strong shared about his experience of becoming a father and said, “My life has changed a lot in the sense that there's some sort of stable center, I never had that before — I was always just kind of a transient and work was the only thing. And that feels different now, in a very good way. There's something to come home to." Their 2nd daughter, Clara, was born in November 2019 and their youngest daughter was born in September 2021.

They spend their time in both New York and Denmark. During the pandemic, they purchased a summer house in Copenhagen, Denmark. In an interview with The Guardian, Strong talked about his house in Denmark and said, “I love Denmark. I find it a very sane and gentle place. It feels like a refuge for me, and it’s great to have somewhere that’s a docking station after all this work, which I find very enervating and scary and stressful.” The couple has attended many major events and walked the red carpet together.
