In October 2019, they attended an SNL afterparty together and confirmed their relationship after Allen posted a photo of Harbour on SNL with the caption ‘Mine’ on her Instagram. On October 17, 2019, they made their red carpet debut as a couple at The Skin Cancer Foundation's Champions for Change Gala.

On September 7, 2020, Harbour and Allen got married in Las Vegas, and their wedding was officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator.
