None of Katie's loved ones was a donor match for a kidney donation, and Katie feared that she'd die. Flo secretly underwent donor testing, and Katie learned that the hospital had found a kidney for her. After the transplant procedure, Katie asked to meet her donor. She and the Logans were shocked to learn that Flo was the kidney donor.

Eli, Will, Sonny, and Doug asked Gabi for Stefan's heart in order to save Julie, and she refused them all. Vivian convinced Eve not to leave town but to instead stay for revenge. Jordan continued to make veiled threats against Ciara. Brady told Victor about Kristen's baby, and he asked Kristen to move into the mansion. Ben asked Victor to arrange for Jordan's involuntary commitment to a mental institution for treatment. Rolf drugged Hope and tampered with her brain. Gabi agreed to give Stefan's heart to Julie, but only if Lani begged. Xander schemed to tell Eric about Sarah's baby so she would not leave town. Gabi said goodbye to Stefan.

Peter framed Sam for Shiloh's murder. The FBI picked up the investigation into Shiloh's death, since Shiloh had died in international waters. Lulu stopped Nina and Valentin's wedding to announce that Sasha was not Nina's daughter. Sasha tearfully confirmed Lulu's shocking claim. Nina fled the church when she realized that Valentin, Sasha, and Liesl had betrayed her. Jax offered Nina a safe haven to hide from the world. To spare Nina the pain of losing Valentin and Charlotte, Sasha claimed that she had acted on her own. Josslyn told Jax the truth about Dev. Kim hired Martin Gray to represent Franco in his fight to be declared legally competent. Robert broke the news to Monica that the WSB had declared Drew dead in absentia. Nelle let Brad know that she expected him at her parole hearing. Brad turned to Julian for help when Nelle expressed an interest in having a relationship with her son when she was paroled, but Julian made it clear that he had washed his hands of Brad's problems. Brad made an appointment with Neil. Ava confronted Ryan with the stack of letters that he had sent her, and she ordered him to stop contacting her. Finn began to doubt Hayden's story about her dog, "Honeybun." Chase reminded Finn that Finn's future was with Anna, but Finn didn't appear convinced.

Victor planned to return as CEO of Newman Enterprises. Victoria became incensed when she learned from a reporter of her father's impending return. Billy and Kyle clashed when Billy appealed to Victoria to join Jabot's executive team. Victoria issued an ultimatum to Victor to make her CEO or lose her as a daughter, and she was surprised when he permanently reinstated her as head of Newman. Phyllis and Cane separately tracked down Adam in Las Vegas. Adam evaded Phyllis and Cane's questions about his connection to Chance. Victor called off his surveillance of Adam. Cane received a text message from Chance. Cane arrived to meet Chance, but someone knocked Cane out and dragged him off. Nate grappled with the role he'd played in faking Victor's death, and he and Abby drifted apart. Devon fired Theo when Theo again tried to undermine Mariah. Kyle warned Summer not to fall for Theo's act. Lola sensed there was a reason Theo always deliberately tanked his life. Elena was worried about Devon's preoccupation with Amanda. Devon learned that the statute of limitations had passed to contest Katherine's will, but he felt an obligation to honor his grandmother's true wishes. Chelsea turned to Sharon for help with a despondent Connor. Jack and Traci began writing a book about the Abbott family.
