Steffy tried to get her daughter back at knifepoint, but Ridge talked Steffy down and took her home to detox. Liam updated Finn on Steffy's situation, and they joined Ridge in talking Steffy into checking into rehab. Devastating Brooke, Ridge agreed to remarry Shauna. Eric and Carter tried to steer Ridge away from making a big mistake. On the wedding day, Katie overheard Quinn ordering Shauna to put behind them what they'd done to make the first wedding happen. Katie went straight to Ridge, who'd already decided he couldn't go through with the wedding. Katie was sure he wouldn't want to after he heard what she had to say.

Kristen asked Marlena to be a mother to Rachel if she went to prison. Lani contemplated tampering with video evidence but did not. Melinda told Eli that she would press charges against Lani if he did not find proof of Kristen's guilt. Allie decided to press charges against Tripp for rape. Steve asked Tripp if he was the father of Allie's baby, and Tripp told Steve he had never slept with Allie.

Martin was struck from behind, and his briefcase was stolen. Julian was frustrated when he got his hands on Nelle's letter, only to discover that she had been a step ahead of him. Chase questioned Julian about the attack on Martin, but Cyrus offered Julian an alibi. Josslyn and Cameron shared a kiss. Ryan Chamberlain reached out to Ava.

Lily and Amanda warned Billy not to publish "The Making of a Monster" until it was fully vetted. After a confrontation with Victor, an infuriated Billy released the article. Rey interrogated Victor about the role he'd played in A.J.'s homicide. Lily was stunned to learn that Hilary and Amanda were twins. Amanda theorized that Rose hadn't been her biological mother. Traci discovered that Dina's emerald necklace had been stolen from an Indian princess, and Jack learned from Victor that John had purchased it on the black market. Abby was unnerved when Chance broached the topic of having kids. Phyllis had unforeseen cash flow problems.
