All My Children
Several residents gathered to say goodbye to David. Marissa accused JR of trying to take down Scott, in an effort to get Annie back. Marissa insisted that JR was not making AJ a priority. AJ disappeared while under JR's care. Annie found AJ hiding in the park after he had overheard an argument between his parents. Marissa's concern for AJ grew when she learned that AJ had gotten into a fight at school. Things turned nasty between Marissa and JR when he reminded her that she was not AJ's real mother. Annie arranged for a meeting between Scott and Caleb after JR issued a press release designed to discredit Scott. Caleb invited Scott to join forces with him against JR. Asher managed to get his hands on Caleb's schedule, which he gave to JR. Greenlee was stunned to learn that David had died of digitalis poisoning. Later, Greenlee discovered an empty vial of digitalis in Ryan's jacket pocket. Ryan hired Tad to investigate what had happened to David. Ryan asked a hypnotist to help him recover his memories from the night of David's death. Greenlee overheard Ryan admit that he loved her while he was under hypnosis. Jesse suspected that David had intended the poison for Ryan, but the glasses of champagne had gotten mixed up. Angie was reprimanded for practicing medicine while suffering bouts of blindness. Angie defended her actions and assured the board that she had always had another doctor on hand while she had treated patients. The board decided that Angie could keep her job as chief of staff after Angie's loved ones spoke on Angie's behalf. Kendall couldn't find the words to tell Zach that she had been caught tampering with evidence. Kendall was arrested a second time for jumping bail.

As the World Turns
Liberty planned to decline her acceptance to the Fashion Institute of Technology until Faith ratted her out to Janet, who insisted that Liberty follow her dreams. To ease Dusty's suspicions about Janet's baby, John secretly ordered a paternity test. After a long debate about marriage with Carly, Jack proposed. Jack and Carly assured their kids that it would work that time. Molly, Rosanna, Gwen, and Will arrived for the impromptu Snyder wedding. During the reception, Craig wished the couple well, and Parker announced his decision to become a police officer. Gabriel called Craig "Dad," but announced his plans to return to Montega to work for Sierra. Rosanna told the lonely Craig that she was staying in town. The newlyweds arrived at their honeymoon cabin to find Janet in labor. Carly got nauseous as Dusty delivered baby Lorenzo. At the hospital, John announced that Dusty was really Lorenzo's father, and Carly learned that she was pregnant. Though Noah offered to stay in Oakdale, Luke urged him to make his movie in Los Angeles. Noah invited Luke to visit him in L.A. Lucinda hoped for forgiveness from Lily, but instead, Lily asked for time apart. Lucinda and John jetted off to Amsterdam for a month, and in that time, Holden and Lily grew closer. Lucinda returned in love with John, who became the interim chief of staff at Memorial upon Bob's retirement. Lucinda left it up to Lily to decide if she wanted to run Worldwide and rebuild her relationship with her mother. A still-healing Chris proposed to Katie, and after Alison and Casey left for Carbondale, Margo and Tom switched houses with Chris and Katie. Barbara and Paul dissolved their business partnership to spend more time with their families, and Henry bought Metro back from Dusty. This marked the final broadcast week for As the World Turns.

What happened during the week of
Bill and Liam finally put their bitterness aside about not knowing each other sooner. Bill shared that he and Liam's mother were very much in love when Liam had been conceived. Bill and Liam shook hands and promised to meet again. Bridget and Owen reveled in being new parents and took their son to the doctor. Bridget warned Rick to stay away from Jackie, but Rick didn't heed her advice. Instead, Rick told Jackie that Bridget and Owen belonged together, and Rick said that he would be waiting for Jackie when that happened. Rick prepared a champagne and caviar get-together for Jackie on the rooftop at her apartment complex, and he asked Jackie to spend a week in Paris with him. Jackie told Rick that he was wasting his energy on her. Amber tried to warm up to Brooke and get closer to Rick, but Brooke didn't offer any help. Hope confessed to Oliver that she had feelings for Liam, and she broke up with Oliver. Steffy told Hope that she had feelings for Liam, and Hope wasn't happy. After Liam met with Bill, Liam told Hope that he loved her, and Hope said that she also loved Liam. Hope and Liam kissed, and Brooke and Ridge saw them, content that Hope was happy again.

What happened during the week of
Brady uncovered Vivian's sick plan to bury Maggie alive. Later, he turned the tables on Vivian and entombed her in Maggie's sarcophagus. Ian and Stephanie realized that neither Philip nor Chloe had tampered with the paternity test results, and wondered who else wanted to keep the truth a secret. Melanie seemed rattled after she heard Nathan mumble in his sleep that he loved her. Maggie decided not to leave Salem, partly due to her feelings for Victor. Brady continued to taunt Vivian via remote control, and told her how he planned to make her disappear from Salem. Tina attacked Hope in their prison cell. Ciara told Bo that she wished for a miracle that would bring her mommy home. Will promised Sami that he would keep her secret, at least for the time being. Kate told Will that she would stand by him no matter what he knew. Lexie called family members to the hospital and told them that E.J. had taken a turn for the worse. Sami's was furious when Rafe suggested that Will might have shot E.J. Rafe cautioned Sami that if E.J. died, his shooter would face murder charges. Lexie told Sami that she should honor E.J.'s wishes and remove him from life support because he did not want to go on if there was no chance to live a normal life. After much thought, Sami gave the order to turn off E.J's life support.

Carly was livid when she learned that there were plans for Brenda to appear on the cover of Crimson. Jax promised Carly that Brenda was part of his past. Kate urged Jax to consider rekindling things with Brenda if things weren't working out with Carly. Jax and Carly decided to give their marriage another try. Dante and Jason manipulated Sonny and Johnny to agree to a truce. Brenda broke off her engagement to Murphy because of unresolved feelings for someone in her past. Suzanne reached out to Jason for help. Jason agreed to fly to Rome to find out what was going on with Brenda. Lucky went undercover as Ronan O'Reilly. Lucky was immediately confronted by Siobhan and Liam, who blamed Ronan for a loved one's death. Siobhan sensed that something was off with Ronan, but Lucky managed to maintain his cover. Lucky received word that the Balkan wanted to meet with Ronan. Michael's first day at Madison Prep did not go well when a student named Bryce initiated a fight. Dante tried to get Michael to open up about what had happened in Pentonville, but Michael refused to discuss it. Robin and Patrick worked together to set a trap for Lisa. Maxie went to the hospital to warn Patrick not to let his guard down while trying to expose Lisa for who she really was. Patrick and Maxie were unaware that Lisa stood nearby, eavesdropping on their conversation. Claire recused herself from prosecuting Sonny in the future because she had a conflict of interest. Sonny and Claire shared a romantic dinner that led to them making love. Sonny admitted to Dante that he was using Claire to get over Brenda.

One Life to Live
Greg was shocked to discover that Eli was alive. Eli revealed how he had faked his death and then fled Tahiti with Ross's help. Ross turned up on Todd's doorstep. Ross produced a will that was signed by Téa, which named Ross as Dani's primary guardian. Eli confessed to Greg that he had switched documents at the last moment, so that Téa would sign the altered will. Eli also arranged for the charges in Seattle to be dropped against Ross. Ross denied to everyone that he knew what his brother had been up to. John questioned if Eli had truly died in the fire. Natalie and John decided to collect DNA evidence from Eli's hotel room. John and Natalie were able to confirm that the body found in Tahiti was not Eli. Brody assured Jessica that he was still committed to her despite the uncertainty of the baby's paternity. Shaun was shocked when Vivian advised Destiny and Darren to practice safe sex. Layla suggested that she and Cris try having a long-distance relationship, so that they both could follow their dreams. Clint learned that Kelly had hired Rex to find David. Kelly believed that Dorian could find closure if Dorian had an opportunity to dump David. Langston pulled Ford into a passionate kiss. Ford was unaware that Langston had captured the kiss on camera. Langston arranged for the school to receive the pictures, which resulted in Ford's termination for inappropriate conduct with a student. Ford was shocked when Langston admitted what she had done. It was revealed that Greg had hidden Téa away where she appeared to be alive and undergoing treatment.

Owen told Ronan that he was going down for Chance's murder. Ronan was arrested, and Nina wanted him to rot in jail. Victor's attempt to stop Billy and Victoria's wedding failed when the judge declared them husband and wife. Victor tried to prove to Victoria that Billy was no good. After Jill confronted Victor, he called the Department of Justice and got the charges against Victoria dropped. Victoria refused to forgive her father. After witnessing how Victor went after Victoria, Abby dropped the lawsuit against her father. Tucker offered Victoria a job at Jabot. Chris and Ronan showed up at the end of Chance's funeral to arrest Owen and his cohorts. Nina blamed Chris for Chance's death, but agreed to speak with her in private. At a remote location, Chris and Ronan revealed that Chance was alive. Chance told Philip and Nina that he had to go into Witness Protection and might never return. Kay passed out and was hospitalized. After the stress of Kay's hospitalization, Nikki fell off the wagon.
