Liza set up an internship and admission to a pre-law program for Damon in California. Liza wanted the offer to remain anonymous, so Tad gave Damon the acceptance confirmation from UC Davis. Damon was stunned by the opportunity and his father's unconditional support. Damon decided to grab the chance to pursue his dreams. Asher overheard a revealing conversation between Damon and Liza. David realized that Greenlee and Ryan were engaged. Greenlee hoped that she and David could be civilized and asked him to end their marriage amicably. David doubted that Ryan would ever love Greenlee as much as David did. To Greenlee's relief, David signed the divorce papers. Greenlee and Ryan decided to get married on Valentine's Day. David found himself teetering on the edge of a rooftop thanks to Ryan. Annie became more unbalanced as her paranoia over losing JR to Marissa grew. Marissa became concerned about Annie's mental state after Annie made some wild accusations. JR became alarmed when he checked his phone to find that there had been a dozen missed calls from Annie. JR was not pleased when he learned that Annie had also called AJ to leave a message. Annie managed to fabricate a convincing excuse to explain the frantic voicemail messages. Cara revealed to Jake that she'd had leukemia as a child and that there had been several relapses through the years. Kendall returned to work at Fusion, despite Griffin's reservations that it might be too soon. Brot tried to resign from the force, so that Natalia could keep her job.

After Nick tried nicotine gum and a nicotine patch, he discovered that quitting his smoking habit was harder than he had anticipated. Jackie and Stephanie banded together and confronted Nick about smoking, and he promised to quit. Brooke worried that Taylor's diagnosis of Thomas' possible Oedipal complex might have been on track, but Thomas insisted that he had no romantic feelings for Brooke, only gratitude. Thomas promised never to cross the line again. Through a computer dating service, Tawny hooked up with Carl, the shady hospital lab assistant, who claimed that he could fix any DNA test. Carl and Tawny urged Amber to deliver the news of fatherhood to Liam. Amber balked, but she visited Liam and Hope and blurted out that she was pregnant with Liam's baby. Donna asked Justin to marry her, and Justin presented her with a diamond ring. It wasn't the only wedding news in the Logan family. Pam and Stephen announced that they were getting married. Stephen's news sparked a cool reception from the Logan girls and Stephanie. The Logan girls softened when Stephen said that he was happy for the first time in a long time. Brooke urged Stephanie to accept the relationship as a new beginning for the families.

What happened during the week of
Vivian returned from the island and asked Victor for a divorce. Sami refused to sign the custody agreement because E.J. had designated Nicole as the guardian of her children should something happen to him. Sami fought with Rafe about the custody agreement and rushed out of the house in a huff because he disagreed with her. Justin advised Sami to reconsider the custody arrangement. Rafe went after Sami, but the car chase ended badly, with Rafe seriously injured. Justin and Adrienne realized that they still loved each other and spontaneously made love on the "Cheatin Heart" pool table. Chloe's depression over losing Daniel and their life together as a family pushed her to the breaking point. Maggie invited Chloe and Parker to live with her. Kate tried to convince Melanie to take advantage of Chloe's misfortune so that Philip could raise both of his children without interference from Chloe. Victor told Kate that he wanted no part of her plan. Hope prayed for Bo, whose life was in grave danger. Carly told Jennifer that the codes on the inmate medical files confirmed that Lee and Warden Jane had covered up the inmates' murders and sold the organs on the black market. Carly went off to find Bo, and Lee caught Jennifer in a compromising situation. Meanwhile, Ben awaited a heart transplant, unaware that Bo and Jennifer might be the donors. Hope and Carly risked their own lives to try to save Bo.

Alexis made an appointment for Molly to see a therapist because Molly appeared to be suffering from posttraumatic stress disorder. Molly suggested that Michael also see a therapist because he seemed to be exhibiting similar symptoms since leaving Pentonville. Abby remained determined to keep her distance from Michael for his own good. Michael had difficulty accepting Abby's decision. Michael had flashbacks of Carter when he found Abby being attacked in an alleyway. Ethan suspected that Maya wasn't ready to leave the mansion after she had failed to put down a deposit on an apartment. Dante refused to give up on Lulu, so he continued to seek forgiveness for not telling her about his past with Brenda. Dante questioned Theo's ethics when he found Theo sharing information about the wrongful death lawsuit with a stranger named Sean Butler. Theo claimed that he had hired Sean as a security consultant. Sam and Jason talked about the fertility procedure that might make it possible for her to have children. Sam insisted that she needed more than a fifty percent chance before considering having a baby because she couldn't deal with the loss of another child. Lisa was delighted when Patrick became jealous over the growing friendship between Terrell and Robin. Lucky began to suspect that Siobhan might be the traitor, so he gave her false information about Brenda's wedding. Siobhan walked into Lucky's trap. Brook resorted to poking a hole in her tire to sabotage Elizabeth and Nikolas' dinner.

Shane became the target of a cyber-bully. James and Starr started to open up to each other about their feelings, but Cole called. Starr broke the news to Cole that Marty had been sent to St. Ann's. James was frustrated when he heard Starr tell Cole, "I love you." Theo turned to Shaun for help to get Destiny to talk to Darren. Shaun explained that Destiny had been upset because Darren hadn't respected her wishes to stay out of her family business. Destiny was invited to celebrate Nate's release from jail. Destiny decided to stay with Matthew because Matthew had been the only person to listen to her without trying to fix her problems. Inez wore a wire as she accused Clint of killing Eddie. Clint quickly realized that Bo was behind Inez's attempt to garner a confession, so he decided to frame Ford for Eddie's murder. Layla and Cris ended their engagement because their lives were going in different directions. Blair met the artist who had painted her portrait. Blair was stunned when Tomas showed her the photograph that he had used to paint her picture. The picture had been of her wedding to Todd before Todd's plastic surgery. Téa remarked that Todd had changed over the years. According to Téa, the old Todd had been haunted by his past, but once he had gotten a new face, he had learned to trust, love, and forgive. Joey was offended that Clint wanted Aubrey to sign a prenuptial agreement, but didn't have the same expectation for Brody and John. Natalie and John named their son Liam Asa. Jessica and Brody named their son Ryder Asa. Aubrey bumped into her friend, Rama, who quickly filled Aubrey in on Clint's secrets.

Daniel realized the Lucy might be Daisy's baby. Nikki found comfort in Deacon's arms. Phyllis and Billy ran the video of Sharon and Skye at the volcano on the Restless Style website. Adam convinced Jack to team with him in a scheme to resurrect the Newman Fund, using Skye's hidden assets. Victor anonymously posted bail for Sharon. Phyllis and Jack convinced Sharon and Adam to pool their resources to prove Sharon hadn't killed Skye. Lily learned that Cane had been part of an Aussie crime family and was being blackmailed by Blake. Tucker discovered James Collier was a fictitious employee created by Cane to con McCall out of a fortune. Tucker fired Cane for his treachery and Sofia for covering for Cane. Jill's family objected to her plan to marry Colin. Nick and Diane decided to be just friends. Victor and Diane began a no-romance affair. Jill said yes when Colin proposed that they elope. Noah and Devon went to New York to record a CD on Tucker's label. Deacon told Meggie to stop calling him.
