Bill expected Liam to accept Hope's marriage without revealing to Hope that Liam had been in Paris, but Ivy and Aly urged Liam to tell Hope that he'd made it to Paris. Quinn distracted Deacon from his suspicions about her involvement in Ricardo's death by luring him into a partnership with her to break up Brooke and Bill. After discovering Ridge's secret about his lost designing abilities, Quinn sent Deacon to tell Brooke that Bill was responsible for Ridge's impairment. At Bill and Brooke's party for the newlyweds, Aly and Ivy helped Liam get Hope alone, and Liam told Hope that he'd gone to Paris with the intention of marrying her.

Sonny had harsh words for Will over the article. Will was under siege from family and friends when the article broke. E.J. learned that Sami had leaked Abigail's name to the publisher and called Sami on her actions. Ben helped Abigail get through a difficult day. Kate and Marlena tried to talk to Will about the consequences of his actions. Sonny had a few choices words for Sami. Sami was in a jam with the board and had to ask E.J. for help. Eve's plan to have Theresa talk sense into Paige did not go as planned. Eve had no choice but to accept Jennifer's offer or risk losing the case in court. Hope learned that Aiden had lied to her about his date with Jennifer. Hope and Aiden agreed that they should only be friends for the moment. Brady felt stressed knowing Kristen was back in town. Nicole got the chance to confront Kristen. Eric testified at Kristen's grand jury hearing. Daniel noticed Theresa seemed more on edge than usual. Lucas encouraged Rafe to find a way to get back with Jordan. Clyde pressured Kate to help him make contacts in Salem. Kristen turned mayhem into magic in court and was granted bail. Brady met face-to-face with Kristen in the park.

Franco was furious when Nina revealed that she had witnessed a kiss between Sonny and Carly. Sonny and Carly slept together. Carly was filled with remorse when she realized that she had betrayed Franco. Sonny reluctantly agreed to slip out of Carly's bedroom window when Franco arrived home unexpectedly. Bobbie helped cover for Carly with Franco, but Franco had an uneasy feeling that Sonny had been in Carly's bedroom. Patrick told Sabrina about Rafe's role in the accident that led to Gabriel's death. Sabrina was shocked that someone would intentionally target her and Patrick. Silas found a business card to the Crichton-Clark facility among Rafe's things. Britt kissed Nikolas, but he confessed that he had feelings for Elizabeth. Jordan reminded Shawn that it was imperative for them to keep their affair a secret for T.J.'s sake. Levi and his accomplice dragged Maxie and Lulu to a cabin in the woods. Alice told Michael about Luke and Tracy's plan to seize control of ELQ. After Michael fired Tracy, Ned tossed his mother out of the mansion with Monica's blessing. Ava and Kiki felt Ava's baby kick for the first time. Luke ordered Ava to kill Michael. Julian confided to Ava that the man they answered to was not the real Luke Spencer.

Victoria experienced a scare with her unborn baby, but she was relieved to learn her child was fine. Stitch informed Billy that Victoria was in the hospital. Billy struggled with whether he could love the baby as his own if Stitch was the father. Chelsea decided to leave town for a while to get over her feelings for Billy. Michael had performance issues in the bedroom. Devon was upset when Hilary vowed to remain by a blind Neil's side. Neil took his anger out on Lily after she had moved around some furniture. Kelly agreed to move in with Jack. Avery and Paul asked the judge for leniency in Austin's case, and Austin accepted a deal with no jail time. Dylan and Avery clashed over her role in setting Austin free. Leslie ended her law partnership with Avery. Victor tricked Summer into signing consent papers that authorized experimental treatment for Phyllis. Sharon discovered a lingerie-clad Mariah setting the scene to seduce Nick, and she threw Mariah out. Mariah and Kevin prepared to leave town together. Grace returned to Genoa City and informed Nick that Helen had served as a nurse during Sharon's delivery. Nick tracked down the doctor who had delivered Cassie, and he learned that Sharon had given birth to twins.
