Doom At Your Service revolves around Tak Dong-gyeong, a hardworking web novel editor whose life takes a tragic turn when she is diagnosed with glioblastoma and has 100 days to live. Overwhelmed by the news, she finds out that her boyfriend is married and his wife is pregnant. She also encounters a pervert on the subway on her way home, and on top of that, her irresponsible brother asks for money again to play games. To cope with her sadness, she gets drunk and, while looking at a shooting star, wishes for the destruction of the world.

Her wish gets heard by Myul Mang, the doom himself. He is an immortal being, and his every move brings destruction. On his birthday, he decides to grant a human's wish and eventually chooses to fulfill Tak Dong-gyeong’s wish. He ends up signing a 100-day contract with Dong-gyeong where he will fulfill her wishes and she will not feel any pain in her last days. If she doesn't wish for the world's doom before 100 days, the person she loves most will die in her place. With time, they fall in love with each other and Myul Mang ends up looking at the meaning of love and life differently.
