Mayor Paul Randolph is the mayor of Wellsbury, Massachusetts, and Georgia’s husband in Ginny and Georgia.
Created by Sarah Lampert and showrunner Debra J. Fisher, Ginny and Georgia is a mother-daughter drama-comedy series that combines small-town charm with chaos. That comes thanks to Georgia’s mysterious and dark past, which keeps catching up to her family of three, including Ginny’s younger half-brother, Austin, and forces them to keep moving. Georgia attempts to build a stable future, but her past catches up to them yet again while Ginny struggles with regular teenage issues and growing up in the shadow of her mother’s past.
Who is Paul in Ginny and Georgia?
When Ginny and Georgia first arrive in Wellsbury, Paul Randolph is the mayor of the town. He’s very politically ambitious, clean-cut, polished, and focused on maintaining the picture-perfect small-town image. However, once Georgia starts working for him, Paul is drawn to her charms, and the two fall for each other over the course of the series. However, he is completely in the dark regarding the mysterious background his new partner has and finds himself caught between his love for Georgia, Ginny, and Austin, as well as her past.
However, he’s considered to be a symbol of the life that Georgia has been searching for her whole life, and the two eventually get married at the end of season 2.
