M'fundo Morrison: A Brief Biography

M'fundo Morrison joined the cast of General Hospital on December 4, 2003, in the role of Justus Ward, a high-powered attorney. When Morrison began playing Justus, it was a recurring role. Morrison was finally put on-contract in the spring of 2004.

Morrison appeared in Forbidden Island, Xena: Warrior Princess and Young Hercules prior to joining the show in December. Morrison became an actor by accident. A friend convinced him to audition for a New Zealand TV show, and has achieved great success since that first audition.

M'fundo is the grandson of the 1984 Nobel Peace Prize winner Bishop Desmond Tutu. He is a huge Tiger Woods fan and, in his free time, enjoys playing golf, listening to jazz (especially Miles Davis) and training with a boxing trainer twice a week. With film as his true passion, M'fundo's writes and has plans to direct and produce his own films in the future.

Morrison currently lives in Los Angeles.
