This was a very wild week in the ratings race.

For the week of March 15th, every soap's ratings were down. All My Children saw its ratings drop four-tenths of a point---but AMC was not alone. The Young and the Restless, Days of Our Lives, General Hospital, One Life to Live, and Another World all dropped nearly half of a ratings point.

AMC now is in a tie for sixth place with Guiding Light, whose ratings dropped three-tenths. Believe it or not, there is a silver lining in all of this. AMC is just two-tenths of a point out of third place. GH, Days, and As The World Turns are all tied for third place.
