Camille is Gabriel’s on-and-off girlfriend and part of the love triangle with Emily and Gabriel. In the finale of Season 3, Camille calls off her wedding with Gabriel as he still has feelings for Emily. After Camille leaves, Gabriel tells Emily that she is pregnant with his child. It was revealed that Camille is also secretly in love with the artist Sofia. The news of pregnancy creates a distance between Camille and Emily.

At the start of Season 4, Camille decides to be in a relationship with Sofia, who moves to Paris from Athens for her. She decided to co-parent with Gabriel. Emily and Gabriel get back together after she ends her relationship with Alfie. After living with Gabriel for some time, Camille and Sofia move into their own apartment, which happens to be in the same building as Gabriel and Emily’s. While shopping for their apartment, Sofia confronts Camille about her feelings. She admits that she never wanted to move to Paris but did so because of her love for Camille.

Sofia is upset that Camille doesn’t want to leave the city and Gabriel. After her confession, she moved back to Athens and invited Camille to move in with her so they could continue their relationship. After their breakup, Camille visits her gynecologist and learns that she is not pregnant. It was a false positive, and her period was late because of stress. Out of jealousy, she decides not to tell Gabriel that she is not pregnant so that he can stay in her life longer. In Episode 6 of Season 4, after Emily and Gabriel break up, Camille tells Gabriel she isn’t pregnant. Later, when Emily gives her a baby gift, she tells her the truth too.
