Physical: 100 does not include alliances or voting like other reality shows. It focuses on the physical ability and mental strength of the contestants. Yes. In November 2024, Netflix announced the 3rd season of the show. Following its huge success, the show will have contestants from across Asia for the first time. The announcement was made 6 months after the release of its 2nd season. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Physical: 100 was Netflix’s 1st non-English reality show to reach no.1 on the global top 10 list.


Netflix has not announced the release date yet, but it is expected to be released in April 2025. The 3rd season will include a diverse group of contestants regardless of their age, gender, weight, nationality, and occupation. In an interview with The Korea Herald, Jang Ho-gi, the creator of the show, talked about Season 3 and said, “If season 3 is confirmed for production, it would be great to see the series featuring international contestants ... I would like to present the new season in a completely new format and composition, such as by having contestants compete by forming a team based on their nationalities."
