Yes, Isha dies in Season 2, episode 6, titled ‘The Message Hidden Within the Pattern.’ In the episode, Isha, Jinx, Vi, and Caitlyn are caught in a huge battle between Ambessa's forces and an uncontrollable Vander. Jinx tries to control Vander and stop him from causing destruction, but he is unstoppable and pushes her away, injuring her badly. Isha was scared watching Jinx get hurt and saw the destruction from a distance.
To stop Jinx from getting hurt more, she makes a courageous move to save her and stop the destruction herself. She runs towards Vander, takes one of the guns, and loads it with multiple Hextech crystals. She stands underneath Vander and shoots, creating an explosion.
