Percy Hynes White will not be coming back in season 2. Percy was dropped from the show due to serious allegations. After the success of the show in 2022, in January 2023 someone anonymously posted on X accusing him of sexual misconduct. Rumors about him started to float on the internet. He denied all the sexual misconduct allegations against him and said he had never met the woman.

Percy addressed the accusations on his Instagram account. He posted "Earlier this year, somebody I've never met started a campaign of misinformation about me online. Because of this, my family has been doxxed, and my friends have received death threats." He added, “The rumors are false. I can't accept the portrayal of me as someone bigoted, or criminally negligent of people's safety. These are the kind of baseless, harmful claims that can create mistrust toward victims. It's very distressing to know that this misinformation has upset people." Due to these allegations, Percy had parted ways with Wednesday and Netflix also dropped the cast list, on which he was not included.
