Bill, Ridge, and Brooke arrived at the clinic and learned the fate that had befallen their grandchild. Everyone was in disbelief about the stillbirth and looking for answers from Reese. Hope was wracked with grief but gained strength from loved ones who gathered at the Forrester mansion to support her and Liam. Zoe became worried about Reese, who seemed to take the stillbirth personally. Taylor urged Reese talk about what had happened the night Beth had died. While Taylor visited Reese, he presented a baby to her, and the surprised Taylor asked where he'd gotten it from.

Leo offered Xander information in exchange for sex. Sonny and Will worked together to dig up dirt on Leo. Ciara flew to South Africa. Chad set up the Deveraux family to have dinner together. Eric told Chloe that he would not pursue custody of Holly. Chad offered Eve a position at DiMera. Melinda Trask told Haley that no one could know they were sisters. Rex returned to Salem.

Laura was elected mayor of Port Charles. Drew and Kim received the heartbreaking news that Oscar's tumor had not responded to the experimental treatment. Peter was horrified when Anna complained of a headache then suffered a medical emergency that left her blind. Griffin explained that they might not be able to restore Anna's sight. Jordan reached out to Tiffany Hill and Sean Donely for insight about the Ryan Chamberlain murders. Mac confided to "Kevin" that Jordan and Curtis had discovered that both the serial killer loose in Port Charles and Ryan had taken their victims' driver's licenses as mementoes. Franco was stunned when "Kevin" decided to stop seeing him as a patient. "Kevin" suggested that he and Ava leave town for good. Jason and Sam remained suspicious of Shiloh despite Shiloh's willingness to answer their questions. Drew spoke on Cam's behalf when Cam faced a judge for purchasing marijuana. The judge decided to put Cam on probation and warned him to stay out of trouble. Nina was taken aback when Liesl warned that there was something that Nina needed to know about her daughter.

Nikki told Victor that she knew who had killed J.T., but he implored her to keep silent. Jack visited Victor in prison to taunt him. Billy supported Reed's idea to have a memorial service for J.T., and Victoria reluctantly agreed to hold it at her house. Victoria slapped Phyllis during a heated argument about Victor. Phyllis interrupted J.T.'s memorial to stop Nikki from confessing to his murder. Phyllis revealed that J.T. had abused Victoria. Victoria was horrified that Reed had learned the truth, but she refused to remain silent any longer. Nikki confessed to Nick that she'd murdered J.T. Victoria admitted that she still loved Billy. Mia used her heat being out as an opportunity to cozy up to Arturo. Sharon and Rey were forced to innocently share a motel room while stranded in a snowstorm on police business. Mia figured out that Rey and Sharon were together and that Rey had kept it from her. Mia and Arturo almost kissed. Kyle helped Lola overcome her insecurities about being able to run a restaurant, and she impressed Devon and Abby with her sample menus. Kyle and Lola professed their love. Lola surprised Kyle with a romantic date, but she drew the line at spending the night together. Ana objected to Devon's remix of Fen's first track, and Devon was offended when she went behind his back to revise it. Devon shut Ana out of LP, but he later reconsidered after a heart-to-heart talk.
