Justin refused to release Thomas from the cage, and with a drink in hand, Justin savored his time in Bill's chair. Finn and Steffy welcomed their new son, Hayes, into the world via a water birth. Quinn ordered Carter to get out of his agreement to officiate at Eric and Quinn's vows ceremony, but Carter didn't know how he could avoid it. Brooke overheard Quinn threatening Paris, and with some prodding and guesswork, Brooke figured out that Quinn and Carter had had an affair. Before Eric could renew his vows to Quinn, Brooke stopped the ceremony and convinced Carter to expose what he and Quinn had done.

Nikolas was determined to fight for his marriage at any cost, so he set a trap for the stalker. Trina, rather than the mystery person who had broken into Ava's gallery, was caught in Nikolas' web. Trina made a shocking entrance at her graduation party. Anna learned that Chloe's real name had been Marie Hopkins, and Marie's brother was a helicopter pilot. Sparks flew when Valentin and Anna found themselves stranded together during a rainstorm. Anna discovered an old photo of Austin with his father, whom Anna recognized. Gladys tried to push Sasha's buttons, but Sasha didn't take the bait. Nina learned that Sasha was pregnant. Finn's guilty conscience nearly got the better of him, but Liz reminded him of Violet, and she insisted that the world was better off with Peter dead.

Victoria turned down Ashland's request that she spend the night, but she accepted his invitation to join him on a trip to L.A. Nikki warned that Victor might pursue a hostile takeover of Ashland's company. Tara tried to bond with Kyle over their mutual breakups, but his focus remained solely on Harrison. Kyle moved back into the Abbott mansion. Victor invited Adam to move into the Newman ranch. Chelsea hatched a plan to act normal to earn her release from the psychiatric facility. Chelsea accused Adam of plotting to keep Connor from her. Nina asked Lily for a job at ChanceComm. After a visit from Sutton, Naya refused to meet with Amanda. Amanda angrily declined Sutton's request that she represent Naya. Amanda resolved to take Sutton down. Victor assured Stitch that Abby was happy. An unseen Stitch peeped into the Chancellor mansion.
