Eric threw Quinn out of his house and fired her from Forrester Creations. Paris caught up to Zoe and exposed the truth about Quinn and Carter before Zoe left for Paris. Hope heard Thomas' phone ring in Bill's office. Hope infiltrated Justin's secret room, and Thomas told her the truth about Vinny. Ridge didn't buy Justin's stories about why he had Thomas' phone or about Thomas taking a trip. Feeling that the heat was too much, Justin decided to free Thomas and take him to the police with the truth. However, when he opened the room with the cage, he found an empty cage and a crowbar on the floor.

Jordan and Martin helped Molly set a trap for Judge Carson. Jordan used the evidence against the judge to have Shawn and Alexis transferred out of Pentonville. Curtis questioned why Jordan had not signed the divorce papers. Stella's meddling caught up with her when Curtis realized that his aunt had been talking to Portia. Jason and Carly made their engagement official. Britt tried to mend her broken heart by sleeping with Jax. After learning about Jason's engagement to Carly, Liz and Sam got drunk on the piers then burned a few things that Jason had given to Sam. A concerned Monica offered Brook Lynn some advice about "Bailey" when Monica noticed Maxie's attachment to the infant. Cameron and Josslyn admitted that they had romantic feelings for each other. Trina unwittingly had an encounter with the mysterious intruder from the Jerome Gallery. The young man introduced himself as "Victor," and he claimed to be an employee of the Savoy. "Victor" was revealed to be Spencer Cassadine.

Tempers flared when ChancComm published an article about the Locke divorce and Ashland's relationship with Victoria. Ashland's symptoms became more apparent, and he postponed his trip to Los Angeles with Victoria. Victoria and Ashland made love. Billy made Ashland an offer to take over Locke Communications Group. Victor and Adam plotted to take over Ashland's company. Connor returned home from boarding school, and he and Adam moved onto the Newman ranch. Chelsea recorded an incriminating conversation with Dr. Hedges and attempted to blackmail him into releasing her.
