Hope was disillusioned after Liam had fallen asleep and stayed at Steffy's house all night without calling Hope. Steffy had asked Liam to stay longer and had been grateful that he'd spent the night. Thomas warned Hope that it was just the way it was between Steffy and Liam. Against Deacon's advice, Sheila tried to visit Hayes. After Steffy turned Sheila away, Steffy envisioned just who she'd been in the alley with that night. Quinn and Carter rekindled their friendship as Quinn tried to maintain her faith in her marriage. Carter admitted to Quinn that he'd dated Paris to avoid his feelings for Quinn. Paris told Zende that she had feelings for Carter, and Zende set her free to explore them. When Paris informed Carter of it, he said that he and Paris were just friends. Eric, who'd been distant with Quinn, claimed to be on his way to a Pickleball game; however, he was really meeting Donna to carry on an affair.

Jordan assigned Dante to track down Willow's birth mother. Sasha began to spiral when she learned that Harmony had died. Valentin had concerns about his investment in Deception when he saw incriminating photographs of Sasha and her pills. Gladys vowed to protect her daughter-in-law. Sonny and Nina shared a close moment at the Savoy. Sonny found clarity when he had a dream about Lenny. Terry and Amy clashed at work. Chet returned to Port Charles. Dex approached Sonny for a job. Britt was supportive of T.J. when T.J. lost his first patient. T.J. showed Curtis the gift that Marshall had given T.J. Mac and Felicia each suspected that the other wanted a baby. Kyle confronted Diane about abandoning him as a child. Diane begged for Kyle's forgiveness. Jack contemplated whether Diane had truly changed. Diane found Victor waiting for her in her hotel room, and he ordered her to leave town. After talking things out with Mariah, Kyle decided to give Diane a chance to prove herself. The Abbotts rallied around Kyle to put Diane to the test. Lily scolded Billy for interfering in Victoria's life. Billy hosted an anonymous podcast to complain about an unnamed Ashland, but Lily was afraid people would know who Billy was talking about. Victoria found out that Rey had died of a heart attack and was relieved the car accident hadn't taken his life. Victoria refused Victor's request to keep Adam on as co-CEO of Newman Locke and appointed Nikki to the position instead. Sally pledged to stand by Adam if he walked away from the Newman fold. Ashland vowed to do everything in his power to keep Harrison in his life. Ashland offered to donate $250 million to New Hope in Rey's name, and Victoria urged Nick to accept the funds. Tessa was thrilled that Crystal would be able to serve as her maid of honor. Tessa revealed that Rey had worked to arrest Zack and have the charges against Crystal dropped. Sharon decided to host a memorial service for Rey before taking his body to be buried in Miami. Chloe suspected that Chelsea had harbored romantic feelings for Rey.
