Peter, who plays neurosurgeon Ben Harris, became interesting in acting while working with a company that created special effects miniatures. He started his acting career in the theater and now owns his own production company, Ten Talents Entertainment, for which he enjoys writing an producing programs that develop positive images for children. Peter, who went to school to be a dental technician, previously worked as an editor for International Modeler magazine.

Peter has guest starred in many television series such as, Seinfeld, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Charles in Charge, Hanging with Mr. Cooper, and Step By Step. He has also appeared in the daytime dramas Young and the Restless and Santa Barbara.

Peter is married and lives in Orange County, New Jersey with his wife and children, Sir Clayton (b. 12/11/90) and Petra (b. 10/28/92). His hobbies include sailing, racquetball, and watching action/adventure shows.
