Lisa Braeden is a fictional character in the American fantasy horror series Supernatural. The character first appeared in the third season of the series. She is portrayed by the Canadian actress and filmmaker Cindy Sampson. Lisa only appeared as a guest character in seasons 3, 5 and 6.

In 1998, when Dean was alone because his father and Sam were hunting a banshee, he spent a night with Lisa Braeden, a yoga instructor. She later became pregnant after hooking up with a scarred man she met at a biker bar. Eventually, she gave birth to Ben, her son, who looks a lot like Dean.

Lisa Braeden is a fictional character in the series. At some point, she slept with Dean, a night which she later claims to be “the best night of her life.” Nearly nine years later, while looking into the death of a local guy who "fell" on his power saw, Dean visits Lisa in the hopes of sleeping with her once again, fulfilling one of his many final desires.

At first sight, Lisa appears to be a really loving mother. When Dean upsets Ben, Lisa gets defensive and upset, showing that she prioritizes her son's happiness over her own. Her affection for Dean is another significant aspect. The local neighbors remember Dean as the "best night of my life Dean" because Lisa had such a great time with him over a weekend. Every time the two are compelled to part ways, Lisa struggles visibly, and she struggles even more when Dean returns later, expressing a wish to see him fully or never again.

Lisa understands what Dean does on a daily basis after learning about his hunting lifestyle, but she also understands that the two cannot be together as long as Dean continues to pursue hunting. Even Sam and Dean have to accept that hunting prevents them from leading normal lives.

She has an understanding and affectionate side that she shows whenever Dean needs comfort, which sets her apart from many of Dean's previous girlfriends. She is usually tolerant with Dean and never presses him for answers. One such instance is when Dean moved in with her and Lisa welcomed him without inquiring about his whereabouts or his cause of grief.

When Crowley targets Lisa, Dean is forced to completely cut himself off from her life, ending their relationship. It’s not clear what happens later to Lisa.
