Ironheart premieres on June 24, 2025.
Ironheart, created by Chinaka Hodge, is set to be the final television series of the MCU's Phase Five. It centres around Riri Williams and her Ironheart suit. The television series takes place following the events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and Dominique Thorne reprises her role as Riri Williams, who returns home to Chicago and becomes involved with Parker Robbins. Not only that, but Williams, who is inspired by Tony Stark's Iron Man suits, builds a suit of her own that rivals any of Stark's designs.

When does Ironheart come out?
As per Marvel, Ironheart will premiere on June 24, 2025, on Disney+ with its first three episodes dropping on the same date. From there, the series is set to release new episodes every week, with a total of six episodes in the mini-series. That would bring Ironheart to a close a week or so before The Fantastic Four: The First Steps is released in theatres on July 25.
What is Ironheart about?
Marvel’s official synopsis for the mini-series reveals that Ironheart revolves around Riri Williams after the events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and her attempt to make her mark on the world. Williams returns to her hometown of Chicago after the events of the movie, and she is inspired by Tony Stark and his catalogue of Iron Man suits. Along the way, she meets Parker Robbins, who will eventually become ‘The Hood’, and creates a suit of her own named Ironheart.
Beyond that, not a lot is known about the plot of the series, as the trailers released by Marvel so far have given fans the gist of the series, but not a lot of information beyond that. If things do follow the route the comics took, then the likelihood is that The Hood and Ironheart clash heads over the course of the series, with Williams and Robbins at the core of things.
