Tina appeared in two episodes of season 2 of the show Stranger Things - in episode 1 titled “Chapter One: MADMAX” and episode 2 titled “Chapter Two: Trick or Treat, Freak”. In her first scene, she was standing in a parking lot with Carol Perkins and Vicki Carmichael as they checked out Billy Hargrove as he entered the school and Tina made a comment about him. Later, she was seen distributing flyers inviting people to her Halloween party. She gives out invites to Nancy Wheeler and Jonathan Byers as well.

In episode 2, Tina’s Halloween party takes place and several main characters of the show like Nancy, Steve, and Jonathan, attend the party. Tina dressed up like Madonna in her “Like a Virgin” era for the party. This was the last time Tina appeared in Stranger Things. Tina may not be part of the main cast involved in all the supernatural battles that deal with several mysteries, but she helps convey the high school environment.

She has won MTV Movie & TV Awards for “Best Kiss” alongside her co-star Chase Stokes for the show Outer Banks.
