Quinn said Pam could have her "damn" wedding at the house; however, after another heated argument with Quinn over Stephanie and Quinn's portraits, Pam told Charlie that she no longer wanted to get married at all. When Bill awakened, he renounced the man he'd been and removed his sword necklace. To prove he was a new man, Bill didn't press charges against Thorne and Ridge. Ridge believed it was a ploy of Bill's to get Brooke back. Brooke defended Bill, and Eric became worried that she'd get caught between Bill and Ridge. Justin figured out that Ridge had met in secret with Judge McMullen several times before the custody hearing.

Eric told Jennifer about Nicole, but he struggled to tell Holly about her mother's death. Ciara agreed to help Ben find work, and she pulled away when he leaned in to kiss her. Claire accused Tripp of planting the accelerant at the cabin. Hattie saw through Roman's ruse to woo her. After a nightmare, Hattie agreed to sign John's divorce papers. Brady told Eve about his fling with Kristen, and Eve ended their relationship. Bonnie flirted with Lucas. A suspicious Chloe questioned Belle about the parentage of baby Bonnie. Sami stole DNA from Susan to prove that the burned man was E.J. Chloe stole Mimi's water bottle to prove that Mimi was baby Bonnie's mother. Maggie offered to throw an engagement party for Rex and Sarah, and Sarah invited Mimi to the party. Kayla gave DNA test results to Sami and Chloe.

Mary Pat blackmailed "Kevin" shortly before her head turned up floating in a barrel filled with apples. Mary Pat's body was discovered in Ava's gallery. Ryan tried to point the finger of suspicion in Carly's direction. Laura was shocked when "Kevin" told her that his feelings had changed, and he wanted to end their marriage. Drew planned a surprise trip for Oscar, but Oscar rejected the offer because he suspected that his father merely wanted to delay the court hearings until it was too late for Oscar to prevail. Josslyn had fun spending Halloween with Cameron. Valentin turned on the charm when Nina found herself stranded on Spoon Island during foul weather. Nina and Valentin shared a kiss, but Nina made it clear that things would not go any further. Valentin warned Sasha that it was dangerous to remain in Port Charles, but she assured him that no one would find out that she wasn't Nina's daughter. Michael decided to seek help for his grief over losing Jonah. Maxie celebrated her birthday with Peter. Britt agreed to return to Port Charles with Anna and help lure Liesl out of hiding. Britt met her brother Peter. Sam helped Jason, Jake, and Danny carve a pumpkin.

After an emotional goodbye with Jack, Ashley left Genoa City to move to Paris and start her own cosmetics company. Devon appealed to Sharon to help get Lily transferred to a closer prison, and Sharon was disappointed when her efforts proved fruitless. Jack appealed to his family to show a united front while Jabot was in turmoil. Jack, Billy, and Phyllis threw their hats in the ring to become Jabot's next CEO. The Abbotts split their vote between Jack and Billy, and Phyllis was named the new CEO. Phyllis appointed Lauren as her COO and hired Kerry, a top lead chemist. Billy and Kyle put their differences aside to work together to get control of the company back. Lola overheard Kyle telling Summer that he was done with her, and Lola and Kyle reconciled. Mariah found a creative way to express her love to Tessa. Nick hoped to win Sharon back by spending a family Halloween together, but she became livid by his manipulations and flatly told him they were over. Abby encouraged Nick to give Sharon space. Rey pressed for details about Sharon's charity work. Nikki freaked out when a broken water pipe necessitated digging up the area in Chancellor Park where J.T. had been buried. Nikki arranged for Arturo to complete the repairs to allow enough time for her, Victoria, Sharon, and Phyllis to dig up J.T.'s grave, but they found it empty. Sharon confided in Rey about her shattered relationship with Nick.
