Sheila unnerved Taylor by pointing out their similarities and empathizing with Taylor about shooting Bill. Taylor struggled with believing she was no different from Sheila, but Brooke convinced Taylor otherwise and vowed to stand by her. With Steffy, Taylor again contemplated turning herself in, but Steffy talked her out of it. Unable to get through to Bill, Katie demanded that Steffy reveal what Bill had on her, and Taylor confessed that she'd shot Bill. Sheila put Katie on notice about interfering in Sheila's relationship with Bill, and Katie refused to allow Will to be around Bill if Sheila was in Bill's life. Deacon was overjoyed when Hope and Brooke visited him at his restaurant, and he later thanked Sheila for also visiting him in between seatings.

Alex saw Stephanie kiss Chad. Stefan woke up from Rolf's procedure in love with both Gabi and Chloe. Gwen told Xander about her sacrifice, and they had sex. Stephanie and Chad slept together. Chanel stormed out when she found Alex's underwear in Allie's couch. Allie warned Wendy not to date Johnny. Sarah was devastated to learn that Xander had slept with Gwen. Steve, John, and Roman agreed to kill Orpheus. Marlena, Kayla, and Kate unwittingly signed papers for the devil.

After delivering a healthy baby girl by cesarean section, Willow began to hemorrhage. Willow had a vision of Harmony as doctors raced to save her life. Harmony tried to usher Willow into the light, but Michael's pleas for Willow to return to him stopped her from following Harmony. Loved ones gathered to say goodbye to Britt at a memorial service in the hospital's chapel. Despite Drew and Carly's efforts to appear platonic in public, Nina saw the lovebirds during a private moment. Ava gave Spencer a link to Nikolas' incriminating video confession about shoving Esme off the parapet. Spencer used the information to blackmail his father. Heather stopped Esme from signing over custody of the baby to Nikolas. Heather and Ryan decided it was time to plan an escape with their daughter. Carolyn told Elizabeth about Nikolas' attempt to keep Esme from remembering the past. Elizabeth confessed to Finn about her recent "miscarriage," and Esme's imprisonment in the north tower. Dante and Sam gave Jordan an update on their search for Esme's ex-nanny, Maggie Fitzgerald. Stella confronted Jordan about what Portia was hiding. Stella was stunned to realize that Curtis might be Trina's father. Portia gave Stella a special family heirloom. Charlotte had a secret reunion with her father. Chase warned Brook Lynn that their time working together had an expiration date.

Nick blasted Victor for sabotaging Sally's meeting with Jill and warned Victor not to make him choose between Sally and the Newmans. Kyle shared notes about Adam's mediocre performance at Jabot with Victor. Adam became suspicious when he overheard Sally and Chloe talking about him. Nick revealed to Adam that Victor was scheming to get Adam ousted from Jabot. Jack confronted Kyle about working with Victor, but Kyle denied it. Adam confided to Chelsea that he was unhappy at Jabot, but he couldn't imagine returning to Newman Enterprises. Sally admitted to Nick that Adam might be the father of her baby. Kyle opened up to Jack and Diane about how their reunion had triggered Kyle's fear of abandonment. Summer warned Diane not to hurt the people Summer loved. Chance returned the money Jack had given to Stark to repay Diane's debt, but he remained leery of Jack's involvement in the necklace heist. Phyllis left for Portugal to try to convince Heather to take Daniel back. Daniel was infuriated when Tucker informed him about Phyllis' travel plans. Audra told Nate about Tucker's business interest in Omega Sphere. Elena confided to Mariah and Tessa that she didn't trust Audra. Over a bottle of scotch, Victoria and Nate discussed using Audra to take over McCall Unlimited, and Victoria impulsively kissed Nate. Lily and Devon remained at odds over Chancellor-Winters' IPO. Billy and Chelsea went out to a friendly dinner, making it clear it wasn't a date.
