Liam grew increasingly concerned about the hold Thomas might have on Hope, and Liam reluctantly informed Brooke that Hope and Beth had been staying nights at the mansion. Thomas was pleasantly surprised when Hope displayed faith in him regarding the Child Protective Services call to the house. Brooke told Ridge that she didn't know who had called Child Protective Services. Thinking Brooke had lied to him, Ridge sought solitude. A pinecone fell on his head, and he took off for Aspen, where he implored Taylor to spend her life with him. When Brooke learned Ridge had taken the jet to Aspen, she flew off after him.

Diane revealed her attacker had been a woman. Esme resurfaced, and she paid Ryan a visit. Ryan confronted Esme about attacking Ava with a hook, but Esme denied being responsible for the attacks. Oz Haggerty worked out a deal with Robert and Jordan. Spencer received a helping hand from Cyrus with a violent inmate, but Spencer rejected Cyrus' offer of continued protection. Finn and Elizabeth met Terry and Yuri for an evening at the Savoy. Elizabeth told Terry about the visions of Reiko. Josslyn was horrified when she found Dex hanging in a freezer at Pozzulo's, and she realized that Dex had been tortured. Dex refused to press charges against Sonny. Michael and Dex decided on a new plan of action to take down Sonny, but Michael insisted that Dex stay away from Josslyn. Carly and Drew met with a reporter to enlist the media's help to stop the plans to move the cemetery. Carly decided it was time to drop the Corinthos name. Nina jumped to the wrong conclusion when she saw a friendly hug between T.J. and Willow. T.J. worried Willow's condition would continue to deteriorate the longer she delayed treatment for the cancer. Trina made peace with Curtis, but she set some boundaries. Nikolas resisted Victor's demands to divorce Ava, but Victor threatened to kill Nikolas if Nikolas failed to comply. Chase took the stage at the Savoy. The Hook struck again.

Abby griped about Chance not making their family his biggest priority. Tucker reconnected with Devon. Victoria pressed Nate to find out if Tucker's return was related to the Chancellor-Winters IPO. Nate and Elena remained at odds. Elena struggled to keep Nate's secret when Devon blamed himself for the couple's rift. Devon hired Esther as a receptionist. Connor was upset when Chelsea told him she was Johnny's birth mother. Adam blasted Chelsea for sharing the news with Connor without Adam present. Chelsea took Billy's advice and dealt with her frustration by screaming from the top of the Grand Phoenix. Chelsea sought Johnny out and unraveled after he rejected her. Noah told Allie he loved her. Noah bristled when Audra showed up at the opening of his new club. Noah later explained to Allie that he'd been involved with Audra in London. Noah informed Nikki that Audra had worked for Wild Beauty. Nick and Sally decided to not define their relationship and to just enjoy it.
