Mark Pinter: A Brief Biography

At A Glance

Mark Pinter is an accomplished performer in both daytime and primetime television. Pinter landed his first soap opera role in 1979 on the series Love of Life.

Since that time, Pinter has appeared on several other soap operas including, Loving, Guiding Light, All My Children, and As The World Turns, where, in the 1980s, he fell in love with and married his co-star Colleen Zenk.

Born in Iowa, Mark is a founding member of The Old Creamery Theater Company in Garrison, Iowa.

Pinter and his wife are avid golfers and often participate in invitational tournaments around the country.

When Mark is not busy with his daytime work, he enjoys skiing and gardening.
